Overall: Excellent food and service throughout the years I've come here.
I used to go to the Tsim Sha Tsui branch before they closed down shortly after the 'main' COVID 'outbreaks'. However, throughout the years, they have provided excellent food with every dish prepared to the best of their abilities. The service is also impeccable, making every bite worth its price. They have a Dim-Sum (lunch) menu as well as a Dinner 'A La Carte' menu, which are just as good as each other. One of their most popular dishes is the 'Char Siu', which is cooked to the perfect degree, retaining all the juices whilst not being undercooked nor burnt. The Lobster with Wine Sauce is another popular dish at this Restaurant, with all the juices also kept within the dish even after cooking, and the lobster meat has also got texture.
All in all, from what I have had from this restaurant, you cannot go wrong whatever you order. Very much recommended.
