Got the yangneom + galbi rice bowls. They’re super good - chicken was really crispy and the serving was huge. Food took a bit of time to come out, but we coulda been just really hungry lol.
Just wow.. Hidden gem of a place. The place is really small with few seats and the ambience is good. The food was the highlight as the Korean fried chicken was really good and flavourful.
We ordered a Yang-nyeom chicken bowl and a deep fried mandu.
The fried chicken in the chicken bowl was really good. It had a subtle sweet flavour alongside the light spiciness. The quantity of the bowl was also really good.
The mandu was also really tasty and crispy.
The pricing is also very nominal. The service person also took the time to explain the ingredients of the food we ordered as we had few questions.
Definitely must visit place. Will be definitely visiting again to try other varieties..

Not as good as expected. Ordered delivery and the chicken was not tasty. The chicken was very overly sauced and it loses the fried chicken taste. It was too sweet and too salty. Very difficult to eat without lots of rice and unfortunately they do not provide a small bowl of rice with the order and you would need to purchase a bowl of rice additionally. They only gave 5 small octopus balls for $8, which is quite overpriced and tasted awful. Still going to give 3 stars because I can imagine the chicken being tastier if it’s eaten with rice, but regardless, it was too sweet / too salty.

We loved the sweet and mildly spicy flavour of this chicken! In conjunction with the purple rice in the bowl (and mayo, lettuce), it was so delicious! Note that the chicken used in the bowl is not the same as the chicken for the korean fried chicken (there were some cartilage pieces whereas the fried chicken doesn't have any)

This chicken was extremely crispy and flavourful on its own. The onions that come separately had a very sharp vinegar taste so we enjoyed just dipping the chicken in the sauce (rather than pouring the onions on the chicken).

Amazingly crispy and crunchy from the first bite to the last! The sweet & spicy (not pictured) I got to try a couple pieces from my friends bowl was saucy and still crisp! I hope that sometime down the road you can sub rice out for more salad! That would be the best! But the experience overall from service to taste was awesome! No rush in making any decisions and the interior decor is absolutely amazing! From the lighting fixtures to colour schemes, it all worked so well together! Great job overall! Definitely coming back and totally recommend this place! FYI, Have been told the galbi chicken is ridiculously good too!

First time! It was really tasty fired chicken! The restaurant was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. Had #2 Yang-Nyeom Chicken, and the order was quickly made within 15 mins. The chicken was crunchy, juicy, and delicious! Love the rice bed! Chewy, mixed brown and red rice! Highly recommended! Definitely will come back!

Chicken is very tasty and crunchy, especially considering it was takeout. Rice bowl had a good balance of rice and chicken, though more variety of toppings would have been nice (it does share the location with a poke bowl place). Prices & portion size is competitive if not slightly on the high side. Would def go again to try other flavours.

My first time ordering take-out from here, I was delighted with the service and food quality. I ordered the Po+Chi Box (20.00 CAD), which gives you a variety of both Chibap fried chicken and Hoki Poke. Beautifully proportioned and presented, the box is very nice, especially if you're craving fried chicken and poke. You also get five choices of protein to choose from for your poke. I chose the raw salmon, which was very fresh and delicious. The fried chicken wasn't too oily, but I did find the Crispy Fried Chicken to be a bit bland and flavourless. The Yang-Nyeom Fried Chicken had more flavour, and I really enjoyed it.
The service was very friendly and welcoming.
I didn't stay to dine in, but the atmosphere looked clean and upbeat; great for catching up with friends.

A good Korean fried chicken place linked with Hoki Poke.

The Po+Chi Box gives you a variety of both. This one took quite a bit of time to make though. Judging by the temperature, they were waiting for the saucier chicken and gyoza to be fried. The original chicken came a bit cold. But overall it was good and beautifully displayed.
There is also a point system with this place by entering your phone number on the tablet.
Service was great. Although after we waited a bit of time to get my meal, there was only 15 mins left for me to dine in. As they were preparing to close I didn't feel like I should stay any longer.
They were quite busy with take out orders though.
Lovely and clean interior and washrooms.
