Highly recommend this high-end and luxurious ski chalet and spa. I visited during the low season but still enjoyed the amenities and stay. I can imagine the energy during the busy hectic peak ski season. Loved the warm wooden decor, full amenities and entertainment facilities including games room, pool tables, ample lounge spaces, bar and restaurant, piano and live music, indoor pool, large gym, luxury spa, sauna, kids playground, Michelin-star restaurant. Bedrooms were comfortable, plush beds, and beautiful bathrooms with quality toiletries. Large cupboards to accommodate ski gear and longer stays. Explored surrounding villages and breathtaking scenery of Swiss Alps.

Everything about our Christmas experience was amazing: the setting, the accommodation, the service, the food, and the amenities. We also wanted to give a special thank you to Jordane and Gabriela. Jordane was the best masseuse we’ve ever had, and you can tell he cares deeply about his clients and the art of massage. Gabriela was incredibly welcoming and helpful after a difficult journey and made our arrival romantic and easy. An additional note: you feel close to nature and comfortable the entire stay. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The hotel is elegant with lovely rooms but my visit was ruined by 2 things. 1) my IPad was unable to connect to the guest internet and no one was able to help. I was told it was ‘illegal’ for the hotels IT person to help me. Someone also mentioned there have Benn problems with Mac laptops and IPads because of some security issues. I spent hours trying to sort it out as I needed the IPad for writing…my iPhone worked but wasn’t up to editing docs. I would not recommend using this hotel if you rely on your IPad until they figure out what the problem is. Note it worked fine at the man in conference hotel (Villars Palace) and every other hotel on my trip. 2) even worse was that at the first breakfast buffet several of us got sick ( we suspect sausages) with a debilitating tummy upset that meant frequent trips to bathrooms during conference and ruined a subsequent hiking holiday. I had to go to pharmacy doc and it still isn’t ok. Sorry to be so negative as I usually give very positive reviews.

We stayed night of 7th to 8th Oct. in room 121. In overall the hotel is nice, the warmth of the wood in the interior gives a cozy feeling, it’s quiet and relaxing. Dinner is "okay", on the expensive range for the quality it offers but with a very nice presentation. Waiters were rushing serving us, we felt a little pushed to finish the dinner. Our unpleasant surprise comes when after a tiring day we decide to go to be and when unwrapping the duvet I found a piece of food smashed and sticked to it… it was touching the sheet below… disgusting. We ended checking every corner of the bed almost at midnight, and surprise we found the upper duvet/blanket with brown stains, we called the front office bring us new bedding. They were fairly fast bringing new. It wasn’t nice to fall asleep feeling the bed was dirty. The day after at the checkout, no mention to it, no proper apology. I was and still am extremely disappointed. I have previously worked at a 5 star hotel and these are not the protocols we used to follow to satisfy our clients. Other than that, the overall experience was okay, with an abundant breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend the place, it’s understandable that mistakes can happen, but an apology due to a mistake is a must.

Wonderful location and service. Food was excellent. Service and staff impeccable. Rooms spacious with spectacular view. Spa is great and massage is good. The furnitures in the room are a bit dated and there is no USB port, but you will not care about it because other things are so top-notched.
