Google
I cannot state how much I love this place. I got our engagement rings here and in addition to phenomenal pieces, the customer service at Catbird is also amazing. I went in today because I accidentally bent my ring and the person that helped me was so kind; they fixed my ring and that brought me so much joy. Also, the tinsel chain necklace is so beautiful! I love it with the pearl planet charm.

My friend and I got infinity bracelets in 2022 August 30th they still look brand new, just like the day we got them. They haven’t lost any color, and you don’t even feel like you’re wearing them.

Got zapped in soho! The woman who did our permanent bracelets was so nice as well as Mackenzie at the register :) Love it so far and matches my other 14k pieces perfectly (chose the petite 1976 bracelet - chain link one at the very top of wrist)

Google
14k gold? More like 14k scam. My 'forever' bracelet (sweet nothing) has broken 3 times in 2 months. Got my 3rd replacement last week, and it just melted in a hot tub. Yes you heard it right. What kinda 14k gold dissolves in warm water? Stop giving and charging me shitty replacements, I need a refund. Been asking it for months now. Absolutely ridiculous. Loveweld is much better. Oh yea forgot to mention my husband and I had to drive back to the pool at 2am to retrieve the melted pieces from the bottom of the hot tub. We were soaken wet.

The jewelry collection never disappoints, and my yearly tradition of adding new pieces is a testament to Catbird's timeless allure. However, the true highlight is the exceptional sales associate, Isabella. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care elevate the shopping experience to an extraordinary level. During my most recent visit, Isabella made my mom's quest for a small birthday charm an absolute joy. Her outstanding service transformed a simple shopping trip into a truly special moment. At Catbird, the combination of enchanting jewelry and unparalleled service by individuals like Isabella made my visit an unforgettable experience.

Lovely in-store experience, but terrible customer service via chat or email only. My fiance and I purchased wedding bands from Catbird Williamsburg. He was measured as a 9.5, and the band they sent and claimed was 9.5 was too big. We had it checked by a local jeweler who said it was 9.75. I've asked customer service to ship the correct size to the store because our wedding is in a few weeks and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do. I would first need to send back the ring to get the replacement, but it takes weeks to get a replacement. I've been going back and forth with them for a week now and can't speak to anyone on the phone. I would never recommend Catbird to anyone for wedding jewelry. I'm shocked by how a store specializing in wedding bands could make this kind of error, and then not take ownership for that error.

Google
Oh la la. @catbirdnyc is a stunning jewellery store that stocks unique and beautiful pieces that suit people of all ages. I was looking for a particular item advertised on a tourist platform. Alas, it was dated and they no longer stocked those personalised necklaces. However, the delightful Bella assisted me in my options and was most helpful. The store is somewhat of an eclectic collection of not just jewellery but also decor. Shout out to the designer of the store. Stunning! I left without a pith see but have sent pics to my daughters for their choices. #catbird #catbirdnyc #catbirdjewelers #thewanderingreviewer

Google
I was gifted a very pretty gold bracelet from Catbird for Christmas. The bracelet was too large. They do not offer exchanges, so I began the return process to receive store credit. This process has been going on for 6 weeks, they have no contact phone number so you’re subjected to customer service email and hoping someone answers. 6 weeks later, I finally received my store credit code and when I tried to place the order for a smaller bracelet, the code was “invalid”. Now I’m back to the elusive customer service general email. As a seasoned online purchaser, I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and suspicious dealings. I want to redeem my gift in a usable form (aka, a bracelet that doesn’t fall off), and I will never voluntarily order from this business

Yelp
the staff here are always nice and helpful, best to go when it's not too busy though. I always appreciate them showing me what jewelry they're wearing for an idea and answering my questions.

Yelp
70 dollar necklace tarnished in one day after wearing it once. Staff were condescending. Save your money !

Danyang Z.

Yelp
Two years with my zapped bracelets and going strong! Very cute and dainty. They do stretch out a little over time but you can go in and get it adjusted

Lizzie S.

Yelp
Poor, unfriendly service. I will be purchasing the necklace, charm, and ring I want from their new San Francisco store because the NYC employees were so standoffish. They weren't that busy yet they were talking with themselves and ignoring customers.

Lauren M.

Yelp
I purchased the dollhouse locket and a chain to go with it on line, engraved with my initial for pick up at this location. The item was ready for pick up within 3 days of me placing the order. I showed up in the evening and the store was pretty lively, with many people browsing. I did not do too much browsing as I was in a rush and had browsed many times on the website. I was assisted right away and a sales associate brought out my order. They took it out of the package to inspect it and confirm everything look good for me. They also gave me a card that describes how to fit a picture in my new locket. I purchased the locket during an online sale for 30% off. Catbird's prices are steep, but so far I have not had an issue with my purchase and think it is so beautiful. We will see how the locket and chain hold up over time. I'd like to be a repeat customer at Catbird and come back here to browse when I have more time.

Yelp
Had a fun time picking out some permanent friendship bracelets for my birthday! I love that there are displays of local artisans, pieces are used from recycled jewelry, everything is so beautifully displayed. The folks were so patient, while we were making our careful decisions. My 5 stars really goes to the customer service. When my friend and I walked out and realized her bracelet wasn't the right color, the staff were super kind and apologetic (was a little dark inside and couldn't tell from the yellow gold and rose gold), and they were able to immediately replace the chain. Additionally when my chain fell off in the pool and I was unable to recover it, I reached out via email to the folks at catbird and they were so kind to send me a replacement. Would definitely return again, because the service as great and I would really love to buy a local handmade piece.

Yelp
Came here to get my tinsel bracelet welded and they said no because someone had gifted it to me two years ago. Years ago someone from the store had told us we could get a bracelet welded at any time. When I told this to the store associate she acted like I was crazy and said "I don't know why anyone would tell you that. It's been this way as long as I've worked here." Then I asked her how long she had worked there and she said not long, lol. This was unfortunately a negative experience, which is so unlike all the past times I've been at catbird. Normally they're great. I guess that store associate was just miserable.

Mary G.

Yelp
I just ordered some bracelets online. I checked out and provided a SHIPPING address. Because I live in Texas. Not NYC. So I get an email stating I can pick it up at the store. What? Huh? Then I find out by calling a store that they don't have a phone number for online orders, just chat and email. Who does not have a phone number? That screams of a scam. Be warned, they are idiots. UPDATE: I have not yet received my refund as promised so I have disputed the charge. UPDATE: I again was told by bot email to pick up my order and again I asked where is the refund you promised? Then I get the your getting a refund. WHEN? Hurry up! UPDATE: Finally got my credit refunded almost a month later and only because I disputed it with the credit card company.

Yelp
I came in on Monday, May 29 to get the Sweet Nothings bracelet and was super excited to do it with my friends. It fit well the day i got it, but now it is 2 days later, May 31, and it is very loose on my wrist. For spending $100, i would imagine it would not loosen this quickly, especially since i love the snug look and feel. I know they said over time it will loosen so they adjust it snug, but this is ridiculously fast for the cost. It's a 2 hour drive for me so this was something I was really excited for and am ultimately disappointed...I don't know if my bracelet is defective or something but it's really upsetting update: it is continuing to get loser and i'm not doing anything out of the ordinary to make this happen, so upset

Yelp
I didn't have any negative experiences here but on the weekends, super crowded. I recommend you to stop by during the week if you can. it could be hard to find a location since store has a very small sign.

Apple B.

Yelp
I've gone in here twice to try something specific on that I'm interested in buying. Twice no one even said hello to me. The first time I thought, ok they're busy, I'll come back. On the second visit, I waited by the case, expecting someone to ask if I needed help. I tried to make eye contact with the sales people, who saw me there, but didn't even bother to say hello. I even asked someone if I could get some help and she said "just a minute" then never returned. I get it, you're busy, good for you. But I just can't take them seriously after this. I'll shop somewhere else and so should you. This place is a joke.

Yelp
Went here with a friend to get zapped and we had a great time. The staff was so friendly and answered all our questions. I'm a little late posting this review, we went over a year ago, but my bracelet is still in perfect condition and the diamond charm stayed on! The rest of their jewelry is beautiful, I am planning to go back next weekend which is what made me write this review.

Nash I.

Yelp
My sister took me here for my birthday to get matching bracelets! We had a reservation at 6pm, but ended up being in the area a few hours early and the staff was very accommodating to get us in. We waited in line for around 20 minutes (there were maybe 4 people in front of us) and then it was our turn to get zapped. The woman helping us answered all of our questions and the zapping took maybe 5-10 minutes for the two of us. We love the results and are reminded of each other anytime we see the bracelets on our wrists! The woman said the chain that we chose may stretch over time, but it's been about two weeks and it's still as tight as it was when I got it, so that's a definite plus! For color reference in the photo, my sister (higher) got the gold and I (lower) got the white gold.

Linda T.

Yelp
I was nervous to make the commitment of getting a welded bracelet but I came with my friend and we got it together. No regrets!! I love it!! It's so dainty I barely feel it, but I love the sparkle it puts on my arm. I love low maintenance jewelry so this is perfect for me. I'm addicted and I want more! I highly recommend making an appointment. It gets busy and at times they don't even take walk-ins. I made a reservation near closing time so it wasn't as busy. Maybe because they're high traffic though, the staff isn't all too warm and friendly. You come in, go straight to the back to check in and you let them know which bracelet you want. The girls at the counter don't exactly explain things to you and they just ask you if you know which bracelet you want yet. No warm and fuzzy vibes here. They check you out and give you a card to take over to the welders on each side of the front. The welding process is so fast and you don't feel a thing. They tell you you can come back to adjust within 30 days at no fee if you're not happy with the length. I was in and out in 30 mins and the longest part was me deciding which bracelet I wanted.

Erin J.

Yelp
This was my second time getting zapped! I love this place. The staff is SOOOO kind and helpful and they make the experience so lovely. They offer free adjustments within 30 days and then after that they're $10. They explain if your type of bracelet will stretch over time and why they're making it the length they are. It doesn't take long and both times I've arrived prior to my appointment time and they got to me right away!

Yelp
I think Catbird's pieces are genuinely really cute, but the quality is absolutely abismal. Recently, my bracelet (diamond fizz sparkler) broke off and was lost. I had it for less than a year (~10 months). For $350, I expected to have it for a long time. I'm honestly devastated because that was the most I've ever spent on jewelry by far. My boyfriend also bought me a small ring, and it only lasted ~2 months before one of the stones came out! Again, for almost $200, I expected much better quality. Bottom line: Catbird markets themselves as being "forever" pieces, but they aren't.

Brooke V.

Yelp
We made reservations for our group to get zapped and they were able to accomadate a 5 of us on a Saturday. It was so fun looking at the jewelry and picking out charms for our bracelets. Definitely want to come back and get more when im in Soho again!

Julia S.

Yelp
Randomly came in and learned that they do the welded bracelets here. They were nice enough to accommodate us without having made an appointment. We both ended up getting the forever sweet nothing (I think that's what it's called). After tax it was ~$106. The whole process took just a couple of minutes. PS. The bracelets can be easily cut with scissors to take it off and they can weld it back on for you for an additional fee after 30 days (free before 30 days)

Phoebe D.

Yelp
Made a trip specifically to get a forever bracelet. Fell off in under a month. Absolutely not worth it, way overpaid for something that doesn't last.

Megan L.

Yelp
I couldn't be happier to write a review for my favorite jewelry brand of all time, and I'm so glad to have shared my zapping experience with my best friend. We literally booked our NYC trip around our zapping appointment and spent months looking at photos and the Catbird website in preparation for our visit. It was really pleasant, and all the store employees are kind and patient and follow COVID-19 guidelines well. Our welder paid special attention to make sure our bracelets were zapped on properly, and overall, it was a really memorable and special experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit because I love purchasing from Catbird and supporting their mission, and I have more Forever bracelets I want to add to my wrist!

Steve M.

Yelp
Horrible place to buy jewelry. Most of the jewelry they sell is not well made. The customer service is appalling. When you pay good money for something, you expect the customer service to be descent. I would not recommend Carbird for jewelry. You will be dissatisfied and treated poorly.

Sandra S.

Yelp
I went to drop of my engagement ring to get it resized. I showed my ring and asked for the process (timing, shipping vs. pick up, etc). She said "Well, it depends how much your ring was." Strange question to ask in my opinion. I said that I don't know how much my fiancé paid for the ring. I asked about the shipping process and that I'm concerned it getting stolen on the way. She just said yes and looked at me. There was no empathy or explanation on to get the ring shipped safely. I then asked to try on wedding bands (no explanation was given to any of the rings). I tried on a couple and asked to see more from a different shelf. She just ignored me and rather took care of a group of teenagers that were trying to buy these zapped bracelets. So I had to wait for someone else. (Didn't get an explanation on the rings either). I felt like I was at a Claire's. There was no acknowledgement of my recent engagement or my upcoming wedding. I barely got any attention while I was already wearing one of their rings that was surely not cheap AND showed interest in their diamond wedding bands. I did not drop off my ring. Zapping those bracelets seems to be their priority.

Tina S.

Yelp
Tina's take: 4/10 I booked an appointment at the soho location a month in advance for March 5,2022 and I was so excited to get "zapped" with my boyfriend. We wanted to do something cute together and we chose to come here. We came 5 minutes before our appointment time and the lady who "greeted us" at the door basically stopped us and said " can I help you". They need to make a separate line for reservations and walk ins or atleast ask people when they walk in do you have a reservation not just say hi wait on line. Not the best hospitality and she basically said to come back in 10 minutes because there was too many people inside- meaning they overbooked. When we finally were able to walk in the lady at the front ringing people up was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Bottom line: If you are working at a popular place in New York City I advise you to have patience with people and treat them with respect. EVEN IF you are ringing people up. The place has a wonderful concept but ALL of their staff should be wonderful as well. I will not recommend this place until they fix their customer service.

Margaret J. S.

Yelp
Avoid Catbird at al costs. I had an absolutely terrible experience with them re: a ring that was supposed to be engraved one way and ended up another. Nothing bout the experience was good. Shoddy merchandise, too. Ring so thin it was like out of a crackerjack box. hard to reach them, promised call backs that never came, submit button grayed out when I tried to get a label to return. Nothing about this was a good experience and now I am out $200. Run from this place and find another!

Olivia C.

Yelp
Never coming back, I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars here since they opened back in Williamsburg but wow the soho location is filled with pretentious and unfriendly staff! Literally standing there while tons of employees walk by me ignoring me and helping everyone else. Then I was told I need to stand by the cash register line to be helped and each employee kept taking off and going on the floor to make more sales and ignoring me. I kept trying to get their attention but they kept running to the back of the curtain and talking to each other. The girl with the huge eyebrows and the white streak in her hair was particularly unfriendly. Do they make commission for this type of behavior?

Alexis B.

Yelp
I came here during a trip to NYC and spent $350 on a forever bracelet with a baby diamond. Expecting amazing quality due to price, the bracelet broke within 2 months. The company, without sharing any info verbally and expecting for people to go read the fine print on their website, made it possible to wiggle out of the warranty and their responsibility to replace due to trying to fix the bracelet on my own. Don't recommend investing any money here. If you do, pick the most affordable and cheapest options because regardless it will break!

Trish H.

Yelp
Staff is friendly, jewelry is nice and simple, just the way I like it. Went with my daughter to get zapped together with husband and son in tow, so we made a reservation, did our homework, knew what we wanted all to to insure minimal wait time for the boys. Well, turns out you don't need a reservation...you get to stand in line with every walk in that comes along. Easy fix, reservations should go to the front of the line, just like in a restaurant, that's the point, right?

Jonathan M.

Yelp
I ordered jewelry from Catbird and it was the worst experience you can imagine. I paid for overnight shipping. The merchandise never arrived. Catbird doesn't include shipping info to track orders, their customer service number just says they aren't available and hangs up on you, their email service takes days to get a response, and the chat assistant responded with cryptic messages like "You must do whatever you think is best." I ultimately had to engage my credit card to get it rectified. I know people who have liked their purchases, but you're taking a huge risk here.

Stephanie H.

Yelp
Bought two necklaces for my daughter's 25th bday and had a great experience. Laura helped us and was very knowledgeable, personable! Fun store. Quality jewelry. Very tiny and sweet pieces but well done. We will go back for more.

Haley S.

Yelp
The store was hectic and busy on a Monday afternoon. Tons of people there to get the clasp-less bracelets. Was not the vibe for wedding band shopping. An employee suggested we go to the other location in Brooklyn for a more intimate experience, which I appreciated.

Michaella G.

Yelp
Awwwww, catbird holds a special place in my heart. Me and my bestie hopped off the place from Houston TX and sent the Uber directly from the airport to Catbird. They were able to accommodate us right away, despite us looking ridiculous rolling in with our luggage. The girls working were so helpful and sweet and had a really happy energy! I got the gold tinsel forever bracelet and my friend got white gold. They tell you it should be snug and it will stretch over time and it definitely has. It's been a month or so and I still love it. I got zapped and I'd do it again! (and plan to heheh)

Cody F.

Yelp
My Partner has been talking about this place for months, wanting to get the Forever Bracelet! Well while we were in NYC we decided to go get it done! Upon going in the vibe was very chill and open! The staff was very friendly and helped with any questions we had! The service was fast and the experience was one of a kind! Its a very cool process and you really get to see the Zap in action! The bracelets are very nice and I hope they last FOREVER! Thanks for the business and the memory :)

Fernanda F.

Yelp
Long story short, my friend is obsessed with Catbird and 99% of her jewelry is from them, so when we decided to take a trip to NYC she of course wanted me to check out the store in person and get zapped. The appointments fill out supper quick, so if you are traveling out of town I highly recommend booking your appointment 2 months in advance (they also have a waiting list). Everyone at the store was super friendly and they explained the different options to get zapped. My friend and I decided to go with the same bracelet which is absolutely beautiful, but is SO TIGHT. They lady that got us zapped wanted both of our bracelets tighter and thank God I said no, so she moved like 2 more loops. She said that after 2 weeks they would loosen up, but it has been 1 month and it is still super tight. I wake up every day with a huge mark on my arm which frankly is kind of uncomfortable. Anyhow! I am highly considering removing it or going to the store in Austin to see if they can fix it. Besides that, the quality is amazing and the bracelet is really pretty.

Caitlyn Y.

Yelp
Disappointing. I made an appointment a week beforehand online and when I arrived.. they told me i had to wait in line with the walkins to get zapped. Then what was the purpose of making an appointment? The store was so crowded with people, I probably had to wait over 30mins.

Amy L.

Yelp
Catbird is one of my favorite jewelry brands and I've purchased several products from them. The staff at the Soho location, however, lacks professionalism. I once bought a ring in the store, came home with the ring, and realized they gave me a ring at least 2-3 full size larger than what I bought - when I tried to call the store, they never answered so I had to go back to the store for an exchange. People can make mistakes, so I was nice about it when I had to go all the way back to the store to get a ring of my true size. However, I just can't help but feel that most of the staff at this location are rather off-putting and rude. When I went into the store to see a necklace I've been meaning to buy for a friend, I could tell that this female staff member was just not happy to interact with me. When I said thank you (for showing me the necklace I was looking for), she didn't do or say anything but putting the item back into the drawer it originally belonged to. I mean, if you're selling rather pricey jewelry (which I am a fan of; I am willing to pay the price for the items I love), I would expect more professional and positive attitude from staff.

Stephanie G.

Yelp
I got a permanent bracelet here with my cousins and they were quick and did a really good job! I definitely recommend doing this- super fun experience!

Rena S.

Yelp
I have been here twice to have bracelets soldered to my wrist. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The solderers are very good and gentle. I highly recommend this location.

Stephanie R.

Yelp
I just wanted to say, that I LOVE CATBIRD. I am speechless, and so overjoyed by the amazing customer service that my friend and I received here yesterday. Onward, let me explain myself. My friend and I are from Long Island, and we obviously have to take the LIRR to get to NYC; unless you want to drive which we quite frankly, didn't want to. So, we both had an appointment at 12 and 12:15 for welding. We hopped on a train from Port Washington and just to our luck.. they discover broken tracks up ahead and our train broke down at Great Neck, thus leading to everyone having to get out and catch cabs at that station; which was sooo inconvenient. Right? So here we are, freaking out because we know that we will be late to our appointments that we waited so long to get and were looking forward to. The issue we were having is that Catbird usually only communicates through phone calls, text, and emails Mon-Fri; and it was alas a Saturday. We called and once we didn't get an answer we realized the policy and understood that, but still decided to take the chance to make the commute. We were worried that once we got there 45 min to 1 hr late that they would probably turn us down because it's a busy day and we "missed" out on our spot. However, I came up with another way that we were able to contact Catbird and let them know about our dilemma. Evidently, my friend who has an Instagram account, was able to type up a message to @catbirdnyc explaining to them the situation and if they could still accommodate us despite the fact that we would be showing up late. Well? CATBIRD DID JUST THAT! They responded promptly while we were in our Uber on the way to their store in Soho, and assured us that they alerted the welding annex about our situation and that we should still be serviced with no problems. Once we arrived at the welding annex, let me tell you the store is so gorgeous and it has wonderful vibes. We were greeted by every employee with smiles and the overall experience was splendid. My friend and I opted for the 1976 forever bracelet (which is STUNNING). We were helped by a wonderful jeweler which I cannot remember her name (forgive me) but she has short platinum blonde hair and beautiful tattoos on her arms and hands. She was fast and attentive, and allowed us to record the experience and really made sure that our bracelets were fitted properly and welded on securely! She even gave us restaurant recommendations that were local to the area and we stopped at La Esquina right after, which was up the block (THANK YOU!, the food was bomb!) Overall, my friend and I were super happy and the experience was so much fun. I totally recommend that everyone goes to Catbird to get a forever bracelet! They are so pretty and demure, and you can barely tell it's there; until you see the beautiful shine from the 14k gold to remind you that you have a skillfully crafted bracelet on you for eternity. Once again, thank you so much for the amazing customer service.

Irene Z.

Yelp
Disclaimer: I didn't buy anything and this is a review of my experience interacting with and at the store. I usually don't write bad reviews for places, but today's experience kind of got on my nerves. So I've been wanting to get a welded bracelet here for a while and I happened to be in NYC today and decided to go for it. I checked their website to try and make an appointment but it wasn't loading for me so I tried calling the store to see if they had any availability. I called 3 times over the course of 2 hours and none of my calls were answered. I decided to go to the store with my friend to see if they would take me as a walk-in and when I got there, I was kind of confused as to why no one answered my call because there were a lot of extra workers that weren't doing anything and were just standing around talking to each other. I went up to the desk and asked if they would take me as a walk-in for the welded bracelet and they said they would add me to the waitlist and let me know but they stop welding at 6:40. I said sure and my friend and I looked around the store and waited. I'm not sure if it was because they were waiting for people who had appointments and were running late, but the welding area wasn't full and there were plenty of workers who weren't doing anything, but when 6:40 rolled around and passed, no one let me know that they couldn't take me as a walk-in. I get that being on the waitlist means I'm not guaranteed a slot, but it really looked like they had availability and manpower and just.....didn't want to accommodate me. Maybe if the website had been working or maybe if they had answered one of my 3 calls, I could've gotten an "official" appointment, but I guess it is what it is. Personally, would not recommend.

Allie B.

Yelp
I had such a lovely experience at this location! Michelle was so helpful in helping me pick out a ring for my sister! She also inspired me to get zapped! she is so skilled. I know Ill be back!

Mansi S.

Yelp
My bf booked an appointment two months out to get me zapped! While appointment times fill up quickly - it's well worth the wait. The check in process is quick and easy. The entire visit took about ~10 mins from check in - getting zapped. The staff were extremely friendly. The lady who zapped me walked me through all the steps from the Zapping process to after care of my bracelet. Good to know you have 30 days to make any changes in terms of fitting. Happy with my tinsel bracelet, it's shiny and dainty - exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Staff was very nice and friendly! The lady who zapped on my bracelet was very nice and patient. She made sure the length was exactly how I wanted and made sure I liked the fit. The process was super easy and quick. I played volleyball the same day I got welded and it didn't break! I hope the bracelet will last a while because they are quite thin. She did say that if the bracelet breaks it'll cost $10 to fix each time.

Yelp
At first, the entire week was fully booked online, but I kept checking back and multiple appointments opened up each day. So don't give up if there are no spots available. The welding process was super easy and cool. It's such a unique activity to do with friends or family. The store was also really cute.

Yelp
Honestly not impressed. I kept hearing about these zapped bracelets and thought it'd be fun to bring my sister in while she visited. We made appointments but the system is just horrid. Making an appointment really makes no sense because you have to check in and then wait in a line with people who just walked in. So we didn't get our bracelets until 40 minutes later. Kind of insane especially for the price. It just felt super cheap and the bracelets are outrageously over priced for being recycled. Would not waste my money here again.

Yelp
I ordered a custom sized ring on 7/29/2021. The lead time was 4-6 weeks and I got the ring in late August of 2021. On 8/3/2023, I contacted Catbird's customer service to ask if my ring was still in warranty, because it looked as if the center diamond was damaged. They told me it was no longer under warranty. I understand they have a strict 2 year warranty policy, but I was only a few days late contacting them about it. What was frustrating was the fact that I didn't even pick up the ring until late August, so I feel it still should have been covered under their warranty. The thing is, if customer service showed some empathy and was a little nicer about the situation, it would have been fine. But, if you read through the reviews here, you will see that Catbird's customer service team is not great. I have spent thousands of dollars at Catbird over the last couple of years so I find this situation unacceptable.
