"Gozalandia Waterfalls As with many other natural wonders in Puerto Rico , there isn't a clearly defined marker. Normally, to find Gozalandia, you would first have to visit it with a local, because getting directions there can be complicated. Lately, thereis talk of turning the waterfalls into an ecoresort). Parking is cheap, but get there early to avoid crowds. There are several muddy paths leading to two beautiful waterfalls. I recommend going on weekdays in the morning. Forget going on weekends, as it will be way too crowded to enjoy it peacefully. If you go during the wet season (August to October), be prepared to just go barefoot. Shoes lose grip, you slide everywhere, and you eventually take them off anyways. I always start by hiking to the top waterfall first, as this one usually has fewer people around it. There's a rope swing for the adventurous and a nice cool water pool for the rest of us. This is definitely a beautiful place to relax in nature."

Gozalandia is a stunning waterfall, perfect for nature lovers. Parking is available for $10 per car. The site features a bar and decent restrooms. As you descend toward the cascades, be cautious—reaching the first waterfall takes about 10 minutes. The steps and walkways can be slippery, so wearing water shoes is recommended. A rope is available near the waterfall, allowing visitors to climb slightly higher and enjoy a natural slide. The second waterfall is about a 10-15 minute walk further in and is equally impressive. It features a swinging rope, offering a thrilling Tarzan-like experience for those who want to swing and jump into the refreshing water. An older gentleman is often present to help visitors catch the rope and assist with jumping; he accepts tips for his service. You can easily spend 3 to 4 hours here with family, having a great time. There’s plenty of parking, though the drive to Gozalandia can be a bit challenging due to the narrow village roads leading to the entrance. However, the trip is absolutely worth it!

Extremely beautiful and clean nature park. When they say "climb at your own risk" they mean it, personally, I wouldn't bring anyone under 7 or with any mobility issues. There are some spots, up and down the wet waterfall faces, you're better off barefoot. There's a paved trail, stairs only no ramps, but the cement is breaking down in a few spots. You will not get lost. It's nice that they don't barricade you from climbing and jumping. The views are breathtaking. Fish dart around you in the deeper water. Turtles and egrets lounge in the pond near the bar. Our guide showed me a small cave under the edge of the first waterfall, overall a really great experience!

Hidden oasis in the hills of San Sabastian. Roads are narrow and winding getting there but well worth the trek. $10 parking gets you access to concrete foot trails to two waterfalls. Start by going to the top most waterfall--bear to the right once you see the paths--which is about a 5 to 8 minute walk. once you get there you’ll see a rope swing that you can use to swing into the freshwater pool at the bottom of the waterfall. The water is nice and refreshing a little on the cold side and the rocks can be slippery so watch your footing. Then walk down the path to the lower waterfall. There are steep stairs sometimes with no railing to take you down. Again, watch your footing as it can be slippery if you are not careful. once you’re down, the water is cooler than the pool above due to the tree canopy providing shade. We spent 60-90 mins exploring and left once the crowds rolled in. It's not BYOB friendly due to the treacherous terrain. There is a restaurant on site for food + drink for after your hike but we didn't visit it. Don't litter, leave it better than you found it.

Took the google coordinates to the Gozalandia camp ground which brings you down some very tight roads. Please drive careful, it’s tight, some spots are quite the knuckle gripper. Once you are there it’s ten bucks to explore the areas most beautiful rainforest. They have trails to walk on but make sure you wear shoes with good grip, water shoes are nice near the waterfalls but the trails we should have had actual hiking shoes. Lots of lizards and birds, water is beautiful and cold lol! Regardless you have to see it to believe it, AND if you park at the campground you get access to the private waterfall near the end of the gravel road.

The waterfalls deserve all the stars. Parking was $10 per car. There is a bar. Going down to the cascades one must be careful. The steps and waking areas could be pressure washed, the signs could be updated too, theres a building on the property that could be fixed to make several showers and new restrooms for the people they serve... I didn't go to the second cascade this time, but I have been there before and both are very cool but it's cold water! Depending on the weather and season you might find it warmer or colder.

This place is incredible. If you have physical limitations you will probably not be able to participate. There are steep stairways and a good amount of walking. Wait until you see that beautiful waterfall, absolutely beautiful!!

How many times do you see something on social media and think, "man I wanna see that" and actually make it happen? This place was one of those destinations for me. You will not be disappointed! Helpful tips: Go early and go to the 2nd waterfall first (to the right). We had our own private fall and rope swing to ourselves for about an hour before another couple showed up. The first fall is equally beautiful but much more crowded. If you like secluded paradise, this is the spot.

Nice little walk to two pretty waterfalls with swimmable areas. Parking attendant very nice and informative. We arrived early and were the only people there. Beautiful. Path is paved and short but does require some physical exertion. Will return on next visit to area.
