I’ve never shopped in a proper hat shop. I googled for a hat shop and found this place because I needed a hat for my upcoming summer holiday. The female staff with short hair speaks English and is very kind, open hearted and friendly. She served my bf and me and offered a great range of hat selections they have. We eventually bought a gorgeous Panama hat for my bf and a foldable straw hat for myself. She picked a hat that looks great on me. She listened carefully for certain requests I had and was professional and kind the entire time. I usually get nervous and awkward at a shop like this where a staff serves personally for you but she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Amazing experience. Thank you very much. :)

We went in to get something for my wife. We came out with something for me🤣😇 The lady helping us was really good. She sold without selling. As well as being nice. I now have a good body warmer. Unfortunately I didn’t need a hat, for they have quite a collection. Recommended stop whilst shopping.

Iconic hat shop that has preserved the original design from 1838. Despite us not speaking Spanish, the saleswoman (also thanked by another reviewer) was incredibly accommodating to us. She selected the perfect newsboy cap for my partner who had never worn anything other than a baseball cap. She also helped me find a unique Spanish style fedora that fit me perfectly. When our baby started crying , she stayed patient and friendly while we completed our purchase. All in all very professional service and fair prices for top quality. Will definitely return on our next trip!

Bought a hat in this shop but inadvertently left a bag with my jacket in it. When I discovered this about half hour later, went back to the shop to retrieve it. The woman who served me flatly denied finding anything which I believe to be untrue. DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE. They are not honest.

they seem to carry high quality mostly regional clothing and accessories. the sales are helpful, chill, and non-judgemental.
