Casa Oliver Principe Real

I totally love this beautifully remodeled XVI century building turned into a boutique hotel with every suite furnished individually. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with a very nice park just in front of the hotel. The area is full of amazing restaurantes, boutiques and it is very well connected . I have stayed 3 times in this hotel and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is very professional and they always make you feel "at home". Each room has a coffe maker, an electric kettle offering complementary coffee and tea. |Breakfast is offered in a buffet style and has excellent quality.|I totally recomend Casa Oliver Príncipe Real for your next stay in Lisbon.

Set in an old apartment complex the hotel had so much character and charm. The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated with plenty of space to hang clothes which is usually a problem. Really comfortable bed and though we didn’t like the pillows they had, we were given different ones as soon as we asked for some The bathroom may be a little small and might not be suitable for couples that aren’t used to sharing that part of personal space, but that aside, there is nothing negative I could possibly say. The location is amazing and close to everything one would expect or need. Thank you for the team for making our stay enjoyable

We had the best time at Casa Oliver! We had a very warm welcome due to the friendly staff and the great hospitality they greeted us with. The room was beautiful and the location of the hotel was perfect. Would highly recommend. Next time we visit Lissabon, we will definitely come back! We unexpectedly had to stay in Lisbon an extra night and our concierge booked us in the Casa Oliver at the last minute. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a very pleasant reception with Carolina, who is very pleasant, personable and helpful. The room that they gave us was a beautiful suite with two windows that overlook the park across the street. The bathroom was marvelous. The accommodations were absolutely stunning and I could not say any more, good news about this bed-and-breakfast other than it is spectacular and I cannot wait to go back and spend more time there on my next trip to Lisbon. The breakfast that we were provided at no charge was absolutely outstanding with local food, including meats and cheeses, the scrambled eggs were very good. The coffee machine was perfect, the breads and jams and jellies were out of this world cannot say anything other than a wonderful experience we were so glad we had to stay an extra day in Lisbon to enjoy these accommodations and meet Carolina who was an absolute joy to deal with. She also arranged for our driver to pick us up to take us to the airport since we had arranged it the day before, so everything was done with us in mind at the Most professionalism.

Our stay was exquisite. The location worked well with transit and walkable. Breakfast and the breakfast room were lovely. We were welcomed into our room with great decor and Jazz playing on the vintage radio. The service was intentional and made us feel right at home.

Casa Oliver is centrally located in Lisbon. Close to several delicious coffee and brunch spots. The owners are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet and so helpful with plenty of recommendations and smiles. The rooms are nice and cozy. Perfect for someone who has severe jet lag. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The room was very big and elegant. I felt like a Prince in Principe Real. Thanks a lot to Miguel the receptionist who made my stay exceptional by helping me when I needed anything. I highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel with the absolute BEST location at the heart of Principe Real.
