Casa Montani

Had high expectations after all the good news but they were met! We loved this place: every last detail thought through, charming and urbane staff, super comfy soft beds with lovely thick fluffy duvets and nice thick curtains for a good night's sleep. The kind of place where you just feel in good hands. No reception room for breakfast but they bring a lovely trolley for you to eat in bed/in your room, which works well. Was a little anxious about noise from the map location, but it is towards the back of the building and well insulated so no trouble there. And to top it all it was a decent price - unlike literally every other place we stayed in our trip which felt €100 a night over what was reasonable. So happy guests!

What an excellent choice!! Casa Montani is centrally located, beautifully appointed, and very clean! The bedding was very comfortable, and the rooms were serviced daily. We had breakfast added, and it was a wonderful treat as we watched Rome from our room windows. Andrea was exceptional and made this time in Rome perfection! Highly recommend!

A great location with easy access to the sights and points of interest in Rome. Very clean and well appointed with a brilliant breakfast service to get you started for the day. Everyone we met with from the hotel aimed to make our trip a real pleasure including helping arrange dinner reservations, taxi reservations and advice on places to visit and dine. Andrea does a phenomenal job and really is remarkable in his hospitality and advice on what Rome has to offer. We really appreciated his knowledge and insights. Thank you Andrea!

Location is great! 20 minutes by walk can see most attraction places in Rome! Very clean room but breakfast is ok not too much variety and serving in your room because no place to seat! Elevator was our issue because it was very old and scary every time I try to going up & down! Overall is good!

Nice luxury town home on the west side of Rome. The owner was so nice and helpful to get us settled into the area. The bathroom was a little small, but had everything we needed. The air conditioning works great and the keyless entry was very handy. The location is a longer walk to the Colosseum and a few other places, but it has a metro stop and a bus stop right outside the building. Overall, a great stay at a good rate for Rome.

My mom and I had an amazing kick off start to our mother/daughter 2 week adventure and it started here at Casa Montani. It is perfectly located in a beautiful old building, the elevator Is fantastic and works better than things in the US! Andreas, the manager gave us perfect instructions to check in and enter the rooms etc. He made our trip so fun and told us exactly what to do and see and when to get a guide to take you around. The area has amazing food and cafes all around and if you cross the street to Piazza del Popolo you have world class shopping and food for miles! The room and bedding is so comfortable, we had the best stay! Andreas, thank you again for the extra blanket and all you did for my mom and I-Charity and Vonnie

An absolutely fantastic boutique hotel i the heart of Rome. From making the booking communication was excellent throughout with clear guides and details. ||||Andrea our main point of contact was the most polite, helpful person. Very professional that resonated throughout the stay. ||||The rooms are spotless, very well presented and extremely comfortable. ||||Extreamy good value for money and highly recommend.

Location was good|No signs of where guest house was located|Walking into the building felt like you were walking into an empty 1940s hospital. Luxury rooms are located on level 2 and 3 so they have 8 rooms located in a large building|Confusing for first visit

Everything was perfect at Casa Montani. The communication and arrangements prior to arriving were without any issues. Information on accessing room was provided clearly. The rooms are located in a beautiful building and easy to access. There is an old fashioned lift that was perfectly functional and efficient. Andrè welcomed us and provided us with maps and information in addition to any requests or questions we had. We were able to securely leave our luggage until our room was ready, since we arrived earlier than expected. The room was comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and bathroom with amenities and a sitting area with a small couch for breakfast. The location was fantastic. Across the street is the beautiful Piazza del Popolo. Which has the tridente of 3 wonderful streets to explore. One is the Via del Corso with amazing shopping . Via del Babuini with many art and artist shops and beautiful venues. And Via del Ripetta with many historical sites. All have wonderful cafés and restaurants. There are small convenient market and Farmacie nearby. Easy access right outside Casa Montani for transportation. We did include breakfast with our stay which was delivered at our requested time and was very good. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of our host.

Our experience here was WONDERFUL! The staff were extremely polite and the room was clean and beautiful! The windows are soundproof to block out the noise of the busy city life and their email correspondence made getting here an easy task! If we are ever in Rome again, we will book at Casa Montani. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this comfortable and clean experience!
