My sister and I travel to France often and change our trinity bracelet cords a lot. This was by far the best experience we have had dealing with a French Cartier store and it was all because of the help we received from a sales assistant, Louis. Louis changed our bands and cleaned both my sister’s love bracelet and my clou ring. He was very kind and efficient, while being proficient in both English and French. This helped a lot with expressing our needs. At the end of the visit, I asked him for a business card to keep in contact for future purchases. He told me he is only an assistant, but I believe he should promoted. I would love to do my future purchase with an associate this knowledgeable, professional, and energized.
