My sister and I travel to France often and change our trinity bracelet cords a lot. This was by far the best experience we have had dealing with a French Cartier store and it was all because of the help we received from a sales assistant, Louis. Louis changed our bands and cleaned both my sister’s love bracelet and my clou ring. He was very kind and efficient, while being proficient in both English and French. This helped a lot with expressing our needs. At the end of the visit, I asked him for a business card to keep in contact for future purchases. He told me he is only an assistant, but I believe he should promoted. I would love to do my future purchase with an associate this knowledgeable, professional, and energized.

Really awful service. Came to buy a bracelet - not seated, left unattended for a long period of time, and finally the advisor was just rude. I wanted one specific type of bracelet (that they didn’t have) and she was supppper pushy asking why I wouldn’t get it with diamonds instead lol. The funny thing is I would have considered it if I felt like the service was up to par. By contrast The service ive received in NYC was amazing. This felt like being at any old store.

I was fortunate enough to visit this historic flagship Cartier location. My sales representative, Eva, provided excellent level of service. The renovated boutique is absolutely amazing with multiple floors and unique and original design. I felt as though I visited a museum. Appointment reservations are recommended, but optional.

We had an amazing tour of this flagship store thanks to Lawrina. It is an impressive set up. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Sidicki from the fragrances was super helpful. He helped me find a perfect match for my taste and style from on of the store specific collections. He is very knowledgeable and personable! Not sure what else I can say. Love the products and it is an amazing experience to buy from this flagship store.

This place is elitist and snobby, expect to dress wealthy to be allowed to enter, we were turned away as we’re on holiday and didn’t dress up, security looked at us and said store is closed when it’s clearly open with customers inside. I hope this place goes viral for the bad customer treatment.

I had an amazing experience at this iconic Cartier boutique. My client advisor was Jay Alexandrov who made my experience a truly memorable one. I was looking to buy a bracelet and wanted to see the Love as well as Juste Un Clou. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and patient with me. He explained the history behind each pieces and allowed me to try on multiple pieces. My husband and I were equally impressed with his service. After we made the purchase, he even gave us tour of the iconic boutique along with the maison’s history. He even gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Cartier Team and Jay truly made my birthday a very special one. I’ll always remember the service we received from this boutique and will definitely visit again.

I went to the Cartier store for sunglasses in Lafayette but the consultant Arab was not friendly and did not even speak English. When they brought the glasses, they were dirty with fingerprints, I think they did not even know how to clean them. So I went to the store at this address, the situation was repeated, the sunglasses were not in good condition, the parts were not fixed, they were loose. I cleaned them myself there and bought it because the model is beautiful…And also found a small scratch on them when I came back home… I think that in such an "elite boutique" with such prices, you can teach your employees to clean the products and the quality must be perfect. I don't want people like me who came to Cartier to buy a luxury item to end up disappointed, be careful...

I was fortunate to have my first Cartier experience in this store in Paris. The boutique is gorgeous and ordained with so many fine details that respect and pay homage to the house heritage. We got a mini tour and was fortunate to see a few themed salons that were so beautiful. And of course my sales representative Nathalie was a fairy herself. Made my first Cartier purchase so memorable. I hope to visit this store many times to create more memories.

Nice store and of course, always lovely to be in the heart of Place Vendome. Beatrice was very helpful prior to the appointment and during. However, the overall wait times despite having an appointment was egregious. We sat for over 5minutes before I finally asked about timing so we could get to our next appointment timely. 3 people asked us if we wanted water, and yet it took almost 20 minutes to receive any beverages. We literally received it as we were paying. There were plenty of associates standing around doing nothing so it was seemingly ridiculous.

I am disappointed with the service at Paris Cartier regarding my Clash de Cartier ring. Despite consistently receiving valuation reports for Cartier purchases in the U.S., the Paris location has not provided the same documentation. My attempts to address this, including several emails to customer relations and the salesperson, have gone unanswered, causing frustration and hindering my insurance fulfillment. It's concerning that the disparity in service has not been addressed despite my explicit requests and the need for urgency in obtaining a valuation report for my insurance company. I urge Paris Cartier to promptly rectify this matter and uphold the standard of service expected from a prestigious brand like Cartier.

If you are seeking the epitome of superior customer service, you have to go to the source. Mr & I had come to the Place Vendome location of Cartier a few months ago when I was looking to see their new Panthere collection in person......no particular piece in mind but just curious to see what there was. We were escorted upstairs and without knowing exactly what I was looking for, our salesperson brought over a selection of pieces she thought would suit my taste.....and she was spot on! I absolutely loved everything she brought over but had to stop myself from going overboard After considering our choices overnight, a piece ended up calling my name the loudest, so I knew that was my choice. We returned the following day to speak with a colleague that she had arranged for us to meet since she would not be there that day but turned out the ring size I needed was not available.......well, luckily, the Mr & I were coming back to Paris a few months later and we arranged an appointment for our return. Our salesperson held back 2 different sizes for me to try, to ensure I would have the perfect fit. I chose the smaller size and to make sure I made the right choice, I was advised to wear it while we were still in Paris and if it turned out I needed the bigger size, we could swap it out.......but after wearing for a few days, the smaller size was indeed perfect (and still is, now that I am back home) but it was such a nice offer to make sure I made right choice & it gave me more confidence in the decision I made. Before our return appointment, I'd also asked about some Panthere sunglasses that I had walked away from, at the Frankfurt shop (but that is another review). She was able to track them down and I loved them just as much as when I had tried them on before. Communication throughout has been top notch. We were treated like royalty from the start and we are so very grateful for the overall experience. Be assured we will treasure these pieces forever and the fond memories of our visits have made them even more special. We can state for sure that this location will without a doubt be our go-to destination for all our future Cartier purchases. Thank you for the lovely Holiday treat!

I was in Paris, France for a family trip. I made an appointment ahead of time at this Cartier boutique to purchase a love bracelet. Hassane Abbas was my sales associate during my appointment at this boutique location. I called the Cartier France customer service ahead of time to ensure they had the piece that I want in my size and they said yes they have it and should be there at my appointment at this particular location. However, when I arrived to my appointment, I was so sad to hear that they don't have the piece for me. Hassane right away told me he will do his best. I was ready to accept that they probably don't have it. Hassane searched for the Cartier piece and size that I want and luckily there's ONE left in all of Cartier France boutique! He was able to secure it from another Cartier boutique and delivered it to this boutique location where I was, within 2 hours! Hassane saved the day and I am so grateful that I was able to purchase the Cartier piece in Paris France as a beautiful memory of our trip. He said it was meant to be! I highly recommend Hassane, he's so pleasant to work with, kind, patient, professional, and he really did his best to get the Cartier piece that I wanted. He also gave us a huge bottle of champagne and apologized for what happened. He took care of me and provided professional and excellent customer service. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Hassane!!!

I made a purchase in December 2019 and the service was IMPECCABLE. Wow everyone was so welcoming and warm, it was such a great experience. My sales associate was kind and offered good advice on my first love bracelet. Their service is incomparable to the NYC flagship. I will definitely return here for the service and quick turnaround. I really felt taken care of and instructed. Could not recommend more.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my LOVE bracelets. Cartier is the fab of the fab, and I love this store so much. In anticipation of my trip to paris, I called the vendome store to make sure that the love bracelet I wanted to purchase would be in stock (they are sized). The salesperson Rito was so nice over the phone, and even followed up with an email that he would be away and kindly directed me to his colleagues. I was fortunate to meet Rito anyway, as his trip was delayed and my friend and I had a grand old time trying on, looking, and finally BUYING. If you are in the mood for glam fab jewelry, this store is amazing. It's not the flagship in Paris, but I like the low key setting.

We had a wonderful experience here and everyone was super kind and the service was exceptional. I would give 5 stars except that we had a couple follow up questions about the copies that were promised over email of our jewelry certificates that never came. During the 2 days we were deliberating about our purchase, communication was prompt and friendly. However, after our purchase, all communication stopped and we never received the promised email. Overall, the majority of our experience was exceptional.
