I have had problems figuring out my Janome Overlocker and have been to the store on several occasions requesting some advice. Each time they have showed me what I was doing incorrectly and PATIENTLY teaching me tips to getting the most from my Overlocker. To say that was appreciated, is an understatement(chocolates were involved). It’s so refreshing to have old fashion personal service. I will always try to purchase anything I need because of this. Also the fabrics are AMAZING and unique. Thankyou Carols staff .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been a long time customer of Carols of Midland due to my love of fabrics. But when I joined some classes, I quickly found new friends in the wonderful staff there. Knowledgeable, encouraging, helpful and friendly, nothing is ever too much effort for these ladies. I keep coming back to Carols, not only because they carry everything I need and want but because of the staff there. I would highly recommend Carols of Midland for their fabulous customer service, a huge range of quality products and the excellent classes. You won't need to go anywhere else!

Nothing to much effort to help you in your quest to succeed. Treat yourself, be sure to allow yourselves lots of time as its a place where time seems to stand still. Happy quilting

Greated with a smile and hello and that was it. Never got asked if i needed any help, it always happens when i go in, they weren't busy so can't use that as an excuse So after being in there for 1/2 hour i walked out with nothing. Not Happy Spent my money at Handcrafters house where i got asked within 2 minutes, very HAPPY
