Series of Disappointments
We really wanted to like this place, but they failed too many times.
Our waitress (Lisa) was new, so we were prepared to accept a minor issue or two. We were able to order quickly, then the waiting began. After what seemed like too long, another waitress noticed and explained that there was a "technical issue." She assured us the food would be ready in seven minutes, and provided free drinks in the meantime. After more waiting, Lisa - remember Lisa? We had assumed she left the country after taking our order - saw we still didn't have our food, and she apologized. Shortly after that, Lisa brought food to our table. That was more than two hours after we placed the order! (Un)surprisingly, some of the food did not match our order. We shared this information with the other waitress - Lisa had gone missing again - and she said she would talk with the manager. Their solution: we could pay for "only" the part of the meal we ate and the drinks (which we were told were free when they were provided). So, the takeaway is that we didn't have to pay for the part of the order they got wrong AND there was no effort made to compensate for the fiasco.
If the goal is to discourage repeat customers, then... Mission accomplished!
