"Just over a half hour from Québec City, the Canyon Sainte-Anne offers a taste of the wilder side of the province. The principal attraction in this deep, forested gorge is the 74-meter (243-foot) Sainte-Anne waterfall. Suspension bridges and viewing platforms make the canyon accessible to visitors with limited mobility; those who are feeling adventurous can try the zip line."

A beautiful and scenic canyon just 30 minutes from Québec City, perfect for a short outdoor adventure. The 2 km trail offers several stunning viewpoints of the canyon. During our visit, one of the suspension bridges was closed, but an alternate path allowed us to reach the lower area. If you enjoy short hikes with great views, this is the place to visit. We didn’t try the canyon ride as our available time slot was quite late, but there’s also a small obstacle course that the kids loved. You can easily spend 2 to 4 hours exploring and enjoying the area.

It's 15$ entry, short hike and fairly moderate climb to the base where you cross a steel bridge that you can see through all the way down to the raids below you, takes your breath away. They have natural source water at the restaurant so no need to buy bottles like i did, fill up your own. It's an incredible place, they even have zip-line. I spent about an hour here, but im fast and alone so plan for 2 to 3 hours especially if your in a group to take it all in.

Fun stop for the family. We received a discount on admission as 1 of the 2 bridges was closed off. Spent about 1.5 hours walking around. Lots of fun areas to take photos. The view of the falls is breathtaking. Prepare to climb stairs up and down if you want to get good views!

Beautiful park with an Air Canyon, two suspension bridges, and a dozen of viewing platforms of the waterfalls and canyons. There's a small resturant and gift shop on site as well. The upper bridge is closed right now (September 1st, 2025) but they are offering a discount on the tickets. The Air Canyon ride was short but I enjoyed the thrill and the eagle view of the waterfall.

Highly recommend visiting Canyon Sainte-Anne! The canyon is absolutely breathtaking — the sound of the waterfall is powerful, and the views from the suspension bridges are incredible. It’s a bit high up but totally safe, and the scenery makes it worth it. The walking trails are well maintained and not too difficult. There are plenty of spots to stop, take photos, or just enjoy the view. It’s a great place for families, couples, or solo travelers who want to connect with nature. It’s a peaceful and beautiful escape into nature — I’d go again!

Just a 25–30 minute drive from Old Québec, Canyon Sainte‑Anne is a spectacular day-trip destination nestled in a lush gorge carved into 1.2-billion‑year‑old rock by the mighty Sainte‑Anne‑du‑Nord River. The centerpiece? A stunning 74 m waterfall that outshines even Niagara Falls in vertical drop Family friendly amenities, we love the Children Trail. They get a chance to learn about the Stone / gems we can find in Quebec , and the thrilling Air Canyon! Try it if you are up to adventure! We love the Spectacle of Nature: From roaring waterfall to cliffside views and winding river, it delivers raw natural beauty and the Balanced Adventure: Whether you prefer a peaceful stroll, a thrilling AirCANYON, or a bridge-crossing thrill, there’s something for every mood. We rate our visit a 5 !Canyon Sainte‑Anne is a must-visit gem just outside Québec City. It strikes the perfect balance between adventure, education, and relaxation—ideal for families, thrill-seekers, and nature lovers alike.

Was just as beautiful as the other google reviews and photos suggested! We went 2 hours before closing on a weekday so it wasn’t busy at all. Many walkable trails and viewpoints to see the falls/ canyon. The suspended bridge was closed so they decreased the price for us that day. There is a small park for kids to play as well. Wish we had more time to explore all the trails but definitely would love to come back. Saw some People with Stroller/ wagons but has some steep hills to climb. We went in late August early evening - don’t forget your bug repellant! There are some picnic tables too if you want to sit and have a snack. There’s an air canyon ride that takes your across the canyon - wasn’t suitable for our kids ages and seemed busy (takes 2 riders at a time) but might be fun to try in the future (additional cost). People looked like they were having a blast! About 45 minutes away from Quebec City and just a few minutes away from St Anne De Beaupré! Watch out for the entrance though. If you’re heading east towards the park it’s a quick left on a busy road just after you go up a hill so you have to be fast! Just giving heads up as we missed the entrance 🙃.
