The space is quite tight, so claustrophobes should probably refrain. The place is also open all week and makes true to form real coffee. You can also choose from a variety of coffees (but sorry tea lovers, you won’t find happiness here!). Don’t leave La Fiancée without tasting their cookies. Heaven on a plate! Their brunch is the showstopper, the various seasonal options come one after the other to the table, and each are a delicious surprise.

OMG where to start?! There’re 2 places where You HAVE TO grab a coffee from - LA FIANCÉE is on me of them… Their coffee is exceptional, a strong grain, always served in a perfect temperature, milk is not burnt, the nicest stuff plus the most DELICIOUS cookies I had in my Life (try the one with a dark chocolate or peanut butter)… I’m sure they serve the exact coffee ☕️ in Heaven !!

Wonderful cafe with fabulous coffee and service. I will miss this cafe and the friendly staff when I leave Toulouse. If you come to Toulouse you must have coffee and their amazing food and cookies at Café La Fiancée.

My go to place to relax and have a convo with friends. Tried my first savoury pancakes here and i was sold! Amazing brunch options and love the coffee even more. The friendliest staff and I absolutely enjoy the atmosphere. I could spend hours with a story book here with a cup of coffee, my personal fav is the capaccino with oat milk! My first time here was in 2022 and coming back in 2024, the food and people are still amazing:) highly recommended for a good time alone or with friends.

An incredible place with the best brunch I've ever had. The portions are huge ( but a bit expensive to be honest), the pancakes 🥞 were super tasty and the combination of the bakon with the egg and the maple syrup was extraordinary!!!

This is one of the best brunches I have ever had in life and definitely the best I’ve experienced in France! Customer service is top notch, everybody is super friendly and the food also came out really quickly. Pro tip, arrive early, it gets busy early.

One of the best brunches we have ever had, not just in France but anywhere! We ordered the avocado toast, salty pancakes (with bacon and maple syrup) and the cookie (SO good!). My only criticism would be that the coffee service was a bit slow.

Lovely and quaint. Food was outstanding! The milk chocolate chip cookie for dessert was to die for! The staff was great, and they were all willing and patient to put up with my bad French! Will definitely come back when I return to France again someday!
