Cafe Gallo

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful little cafe with extremely nice staff. The food is super super super tasty, I can't describe how good it is, I just wish I could have eaten more. Please visit, you won't find better.

Went in on a rainy day and got lucky to sit inside. The staff there are so personable and attentive, you don't get that quality service like this anymore. The breakfast wrap was huge and delightful. We also had a Nutella latte, which is great if you like a mocha. Their hot chocolate leans on Italian, more bitter, less sweet, which is great and on brand in my opinion. Throughout our stay, they had regulars come in for take out, especially their soups. This place is clearly a staple to a lot of people in Stockbridge and we will be back.

I love love love you want a delicious Italian sandwich best in Scotland you must visit the cafe !! It's great to go to an independent cafe. In the lull between showers my partner sat outside experiencing the Stockbridge Riviera. I had a lovely bacon and sausage roll and we had excellent coffees. My dog was well looked after too.

I just stopped in after walking the city! Lovely welcome, had a hot caramel brownie with Tuscan vanilla ice cream, absolutely delicious! Really good coffee here too along with all the other food, wraps, breakfast sandwiches. I'll be back soon. Diolch yn fawr! 👍

Café Gallo is such a pleasant spot to grab a bite and some coffee! There’s limited seating outside and a few tables inside with cosy decor and soft lighting. I ordered the Satay wrap which had peanut butter, bbq sauce, brie, chicken and bacon! An unlikely combo of ingredients which turned out to be super satisfying. One thing to note is that they apparently don’t have customer toilets.

Everything about Cafe Gallo makes it the outstanding cafe in Stockbridge. I've been servicing my taste buds here for many years and if it's too busy I'll get a take away and sit in the park. Superb soups, then there's hot dishes the breads, fillings breakfast, lunch or mid afternoon, moments like these are to be cherished. Some places just know what service is, whether you're eating and drinking or just passing by, every mouthful is marvellous. Thank you🍰😋
