Given the elevated price point, the dishes do not quite justify the cost. The blue cheese sauce overwhelms the flavor of the meat, masking its natural character rather than complementing it. The sushi, on the other hand, was fresh and flavorful, though the presentation lacked artistry. A minimalist approach—true to the spirit of sushi—would have elevated the experience.
The ceviche sauce bears resemblance to Leche de Tigre from Peru, which I appreciated. However, the preparation fell short: the fish was not marinated but instead served fresh atop the sauce. This makes it difficult to consider it a true ceviche; “fresh fish with BK sauce” would be a more honest description.
On a brighter note, the view is spectacular, and the service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience.
