Burggasse 24 Vintage Shop

The shop is chic/boho glam looking but prices are extortionate for a thrifty. 50 + euros for a t-shirt from Zara that costs less new. Why then choose second hand? And don't give me that "carefully selected items" rubbish. The younger generations want to shop sustainably- help us with that, don't take advantage of our goodwill. Put on some sales, have a little warmth. The shop keeper was so arrogant, it was uncomfortable asking her for help Boo! Oh and- you could afford a rug on the concrete floor in the dressing room, right? Because it was freezing in there.

The shop is very pretty, well laid out, and the concept of combining a vintage shop with a café is cool. Unfortunately, my experience was spoiled on two occasions by the attitude of two staff members (a blonde woman with short hair and a man with short wavy/curly brown hair) whom I found to be haughty and dismissive. In the case of the man, I could tell that his behavior was due to the fact that I didn’t express myself in German. I noticed a difference in treatment and felt stigmatized. This is all the more surprising given that many of their Instagram posts are in English, if this is truly an issue, perhaps they should consider posting only in German.

Really lovely shop with some gorgeous pieces and I love the colours coordination of the rails!

For a ”premium vintage” shop selling Shein for 30€ is quite a scam. Yes, it is on me as well since I didn’t check the label at the store but honestly it didn’t even cross my mind that they would do this. This makes me quite angry since for me second hand shopping is supposed to be about sustainability and since complete opposite of hyper fast fashion such as Shein. And concerning the chemicals the garments apparently hold I don’t ever want to wear this top.

Great spot for a calm coffee chat or to work with your laptop. Very chill atmosphere and their homemade iced tea is delicious. I tried their vegan chocolate brownie and it was better than I expected! Make sure to bring cash because they do not accept any kind of cards.

Amazing space, full of quirky furniture. I didn’t care much for the vintage clothing but my wife really enjoyed shopping here as the pieces are truly unique. The expresso was decent and service very friendly. Definitely a refreshing break from the old Vienna. Highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the cafe. It has a lovely homely living room feel with some great decor pieces. And, the food is delicious! I literally licked my whole plate clean as I didnt want to leave a single bite. The service was great. One of our highlights of our visit to Vienna. Definitely pop by!

The seller Ines is very professional and helpful, also they definitely have a good taste to find proper piece. highly recommended if ur looking for Vienna fashion style.

I looooove this place it's so cozy and cute. The cheesecake is amazing and the coffee is good too. Really nice place to study and chill.
