"The World's Best Après-Ski The menu had me at "fry-trio": individual baskets of truffle parmesan, sweet potato and rosemary sea salt french fries, served with garlic aoili, paprika ranch and their classic b&b fry sauce. It drew me in further with its mac-n-cheese appetizer, Burger and Bourbon's delectable blend of bourbon caramelized onions, Gold Creek Farms aged cheddar, and thickly cut chunks of bacon. Add a locally distilled flight of Utah bourbon and a massive burger with fresh farm raised beef, and you've got yourself the world's best après-ski meal. The Montage Deer Valley resort, a ski-in ski-out luxury property in this pristine mountain town, offers a multitude of restaurants onsite, each with a different feel and its own unique specialties. Skiing always makes me crave a hearty meal that warms me to my bones, and Burgers and Bourbon was the perfect spot. My only regret: not saving enough room for one of their signature desserts, like the roasted s'mores ice cream shake spiked with a shot of Baileys."
