My friend and I had an incredible stay at Burasari Heritage Hotel during our trip to Laos. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality, especially from Mr. Somair, who made us feel right at home.||||The hotel’s charming blend of Laotian heritage and modern comfort made it the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless, and the peaceful atmosphere was ideal for unwinding after exploring the area.||||The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay, and the delicious food was an added bonus. If you're traveling with friends or even solo, Burasari Heritage Hotel is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it for an authentic and relaxing experience in Laos. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful boutique hotel set across the street from the Khan River. The decor is lovely and the rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. We were in the garden balcony rooms—highly recommend! The staff are super pleasant and helpful. Lovely open air restaurant and great breakfasts! We will absolutely go back!

Beautiful but small rooms. One of the service staff at the restaurant and not well trained. Got my order wrong on multiple occasions because she seemed too shy to listen properly and clarify. But I would like to thank Som Air especially. He was amazing. We needed transport to the airport in a rush and he helped us book it and even helped with our bags. He needs to be recognised for his great work and promoted!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights before taking a slow boat to Pak Beng to visit the Mekong Elephant Sanctuary. After our time there, we returned to the hotel for one final night before heading off again. The hotel is beautiful, like an old villa. It’s incredibly elegant, with everything made of wood, and it has such a charming atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay. The first time, we stayed in a standard room, and the second time, they kindly upgraded us to a room with a view of the river. The hotel is located on the opposite side of the Mekong River, in a very quiet and peaceful area surrounded by greenery. We also dined at the restaurant, and the food was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was extremely kind and attentive. We had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel during the two days we were away, so we didn’t have to travel heavily loaded. When we returned, they had even placed our bags in our room, ready for us. This level of service made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

My stay at Burasari Luang Prabang was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and well-organized. The location is perfect, making it incredibly convenient to explore the charming streets of Luang Prabang. Many of the city’s top attractions, including temples, the night market, and the Mekong River, are within walking distance, which made getting around effortless.

We spent three nights at the Heritage resort. The breakfast that is included is absolutely the best complementary breakfasts I’ve ever had. The food is made to order instead of buffet style. The rooms are clean and turndown service was a nice touch. The front desk Somair was fantastic! We had a few requests that he was more than happy to help us out with. The baloney is very nice if your room comes with one. I’d stay here again.

This may be more of a 3.5 for me. It is in a very walkable location, around the corner from the famous alms ceremony, 15 min to the night market. It is clean and the staff is helpful. I also liked the a la carte breakfast menu that is offered. The personal patio area was cute.||I didn’t love the layout - look at the photos before you book your room type - the shower was in the actual room with a curtain. It also has a padlock for a key to the room. I probably don’t think this should be labeled a five star. Finally, if you book a basic room, the window shades can’t be kept open if you want any privacy since it’s on the first floor to a busy street and anyone can see in. ||Overall, it was OK, but I probably would switch it up next time.

This was truly a beautiful spot. Located directly on the bank of the Nam Khan River where it meets the Mekong. A very short walk to the city's daytime food market and the nighttime shopping market. Nice restaurants, very laid back atmosphere. The staff of the Hotel was exceptionally courteous and professional. Quaint bedrooms. A real nice French Colonial vibe.
