Bungalow is a vibrant taproom serving delectable pub fare, especially their seasonal pizzas that keep locals coming back for more.
"A Logan Square brewpub known for its Neapolitan-style and artisanal thin crust pizzas, using seasonal ingredients and Midwest-grown wheat for its dough." - Serena Maria Daniels
"Middle Brow is a cute brewpub in Logan Square with a short menu of mainly pizza and toasts. And their pies are fantastic, with a delicious and chewy hand-tossed crust with a puffy, bubbled edge. There are a few to choose from, but our favorites are the margherita, pepperoni, and sausage with green olives. All have just the right amount of fresh mozzarella and a slightly sweet tomato sauce we really like. But all the pies use great ingredients, and have just the right amount of sauce so the flavor of the sourdough crust shines through." - adrian kane, veda kilaru, john ringor
"A brewery and eatery offering a variety of pastries, coffee, and pizzas made with locally sourced ingredients. Known for both Neapolitan and tavern-style pizzas, baked at 700 degrees." - Serena Maria Daniels
"Middle Brow Bungalow is more than just a brewpub. The restaurant as evolved into a delightful West Coast-inspired bakery with thin-crust pizzas and pastries and a cozy neighborhood feel. Look for breakfast sandwiches in the morning and find the operation’s breads at retail stores across the city." - Ashok Selvam, Eater Staff
"Pizza and beer are an immaculate pairing and also the main attractions at this Logan Square brewpub. Focusing on fermentation, Bungalow by Middle Brow makes exceptional breads along with wild and experimental brews. The thin, chewy crust is activated with a sourdough starter, which gives the dough a pleasant tanginess. Toppings are sourced from local farms, and the lineup includes options like margherita, mushroom, and seasonal pies. On Tuesdays, Middle Brow features a fresh take on tavern-style pizza that’s worth a trip." - Ashok Selvam, Eater Staff
