"Brass Taps Pizza Pub, Danforth by Kev Seto. If you're looking for a more down to earth bar, try Brass Taps. Great place to start or end the night as they serve a variety of excellent pub food and pizza as well as a good selection of locally brewed beers. It's quite lovely with a lot of original wood styling and cozy booths to settle into and enjoy an after meal drink. Talk over food, talk over drink or talk trash over pool and the arcade, as the space is perfect for just hanging out and getting to know everyone a lot better!"

What can I say about this place? The rotating taps are great, the service is great, the food is amazing! Come here for a long lunch or a game night or time on the patio, you just can't lose. Best beer and second best pizza on the Danforth.

I had heard great things about this place from friends who regularly frequent the pub, so I had a fairly good impression walking in. However, the service was simply abysmal. Though the waitresses were friendly, I ordered a veggie burger and waited over 45 minutes to get my food. It took us a while to get the waitresses to refill our glasses, even when we just asked for water. The food was ok and average cost. I paid $12 for a veggie burger without cheese and extra toppings; the burger comes with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles and cheese is an extra dollar. To top things off, the waitress left us to sort out our bills ourselves and set up the card machine. This is not what customers should be doing! It’s shameful that we had to do the waitress’ job for her.

I was in the mood for comfort food and this place hit the spot. A fantastic burger with great toppings to choose from (including delicious pulled pork) and perfectly crispy French fries. I've had their pizza on a previous visit and found it very good as well. Great selection of draft beers, local and otherwise. Our server was very friendly and never left us wanting anything. To finish it off, the prices were very reasonable. We'll be going back for sure!

Good place to get away and unwind. Got a good selection of beer if you're not a hipster. Staff friendly, good service and food is comfortable. Music is good. No rap. The way it should be. Atmosphere gives you the laid back small town feel and the other customers althat come here are social, friendly and not annoying.

Definitely a cute pub with a good variety of food but I wasn't totally impressed. I visited on a Friday around 5pm and it wasn't too busy so my large group of friends and I could pick anywhere to eat which was nice. I was with one of my friends who requires a mobilized wheelchair so before we arrived we called to check that the restaurant was accessible and they had an accessible washroom. Their front entrance was accessible but the washroom door wasn't large enough for their chair to fit through - big problem there. I ordered the butter chicken dish which was very tasty but also kinda disappointing because instead of rice it came with a coleslaw which was not good. I took 2 bites and couldn't finish. It was incredibly creamy, so creamy I couldn't even tell which vegetable I was eating in the coleslaw. I will say though they have a big pizza section on their menu and 3 of my friends ordered pizza which they all loved. I don't know if they were under staffed that night or what but service was also incredibly slow and it took forever to get everyone's bills and to pay. But that's typically a common problem at most places now a days. I might go back one day, but for now I'm not overly impressed.

One of the worst restaurant meals I've had on the Danforth. The service was slow , when it wasn't crowded. The orders took forever. I mean a really long time. Meals were cold wrong and , lifeless. I think the chef has not shown up, and the busboy was covering for him. I don't know, but the waitress took a sizable chunk off the bill. Good for her. But what was I thinking getting a meal in a pub, when I'm surrounded by so many wonderful restaurants. Go here for beer , that's it Eat at your own peril.

Very cozy place. If you're into watching sports while enjoying from a fine selection of beers this place does it. I only stopped for a quick beer with an old friend so didn't have a chance to try the food. Nevertheless, the service was great and the price was right.
