Great experience. Love the music, love vibes on Friday and Saturday nights. I also like the arcade, it’s very futuristic punk. For bowling, It’s $20 each for 1 session or $39 for unlimited. The line moves fast so you don’t have to wait too long. Just know they check ids during their after hours bowling session.

It's such a fun place! We were 4 seniors who hadn't bowled in decades but quickly got our mojo on and started to rack up the spares and strikes. So good to know, we still got it! The music was great, and the lighting, videos, arcade, bar, and food all added to the cool vibe. The best thing was the great service and attention we received from the entire staff, from the workers behind the counter to the waitress who served us at the lane. When you arrive and check in, they walk you to your lane and introduce you to your waiter or waitress. Even after that, the staff would come down and check on us and just talk to us for a bit. I was blown away by how nice everyone is! Be sure to make reservations!

Hosted my son’s birthday party here. The party packages are flexible and they do a really nice job with the set up. Teenagers all had a great time. Prices are in line with similar party services in Los Angeles, which is to say, expensive. But worthwhile if this time of thing is in the budget. I felt like we got our money’s worth.

The management sucks, Marvin the manager is extremely unfriendly and rude. Especially if you have a Groupon coupon they make you feel very unwelcome. Don’t go to this location ,also food portions are ridiculous compared to other locations.

Cute spot. Bar food was good. Garlic fries were fantastic. Nachos were basic but good. Strawberry lemonade drink was yummy. Music and staff were great. Pretty expensive but I guess that's the going rate for bowling alleys these days unfortunately

The atmosphere was good but so COLD! They have fans like high speed and they can’t even lower down. We have to request to change lane. People who bowl next to us was complaining about their food get cold too fast because of the crazy fan. Hope they get that fix. Other than that, it was good.

Tonight was Unlimited bowling an it was 7ppl ahead of us. We waited like 20min before we were up on the list. Once called the rest of the time went well.

This is basically your average Bowlero, with the blacked-out nightclub party vibe and huge advertisement screens. There are plenty of lanes, but were a little more crowded than the Bowlero I frequent in the Bay Area. There are also no bowling ball racks so I had to work with the balls that were already at my lane or take some balls from the neighboring lanes. The arcade has a nice selection of games, but none of the point-accumulating ones. If you're looking to exchange Bowlero arcade points for prizes you are also out of luck. What there are is claw machines, some racing games, and an air hockey table. Also, make sure to check Groupon for two-hour bowling deals! It definitely saves a lot of money :) but is usually only available during the off-season (e.g. not during Thanksgiving/Christmas and the summer). Overall, a pretty good place to go bowling recreationally in LA!

DONT BOOK ONLINE I reserved a lane online knowing that I was going to meet moms and their impatient preschoolers. I thought I'd reserve one lane to get the kiddos started and then the adults could get a second lane once we got settled. If there was a wait when we got there no big deal. We came mid day on a weekend and the place was dead. There were many lanes open. We got the kids started on one lane and then took a head count for the participating adults and asked if we could bowl on the lane next to them. They said yes! At the end I go to the desk to finalize payment and sign for everything. I was told it was already charged and nothing to sign. But I added another lane and didn't pay yet? No no, they said. We used the card online. I get home and see that my credit card was charged for $300. Wtf? Our total for 6 shoe rentals 3 kids 3 adults, 2 lanes, for 1 hour = $300 I called and the rude and condescending events manager told me "to book the lane that was open right next to the kids we had to put it on the same reservation that was made online. This reservation is called an "event reservation" and has a markup cost on the lane PLUS an event fee of 10%." I felt completely scammed. It was not communicated to me AT ALL that this was the price. The whole thing was handled so unprofessionally. I will never be able to return. Take my experience as a warning.

semi expensive, but clean, and safe. Only big gripe is that there is no 16 lb ball. I think the largest is 15 or 14 :( I keep coming back as there aren't any other options but this is good enough. Have had some birthday parties here too. Great arcade selection especially the mario kart games!!!

Probably my favorite bowling alley in town. The music is bomb on Friday / Saturday nights and The vibes are immaculate! The arcade has cool games, although it's a bit pricey, but the bowling lanes are reasonably priced. I loved the way they have done up this place in terms of decor, it doesn't feel grimey like the other bowling alleys.

Went to book online for a Tuesday at 7:30 for 3 ppl for 2 hours. The total came out to $196. I can build my own mini lane at home for that price. Use to be affordable for families around here. Now wtf

Horrible reservations ! Do not come here ! Try LUCKY STRIKE! They are more organized and flexible with you! We came as a walk-in and asked if we could rent out the lane and they stated that they couldn't because they had everything reserved until 9 which we had came in at 4pm so that was a long time from then. We went to go play in the arcade section, but we noticed that nobody was using the lanes, so we went to go ask the manager if we can rent out one of the lanes because we noticed that nobody was renting them out and he said it was policy, because they were reserved. Reserved for what? To be empty for hours ?? That's a ridiculous policy

I've been to Bowlero many many times and have had fine experiences every time. Entrance: if you go later in the evening, the security is more strict with what you bring in (will check your bag/purse). I think the strictness also depends on the security guard. I brought my hydroflask (with water) and they said I'd have to leave it out or dump it. They let me bring it in after dumping my water (so fyi - might as well not bring a hydroflask unless you go during the morning when they aren't as strict). Weekend nights get really busy. Reserving a lane is very very expensive. Every now and then, there is a deal on Groupon which is soooo worth it. If you are bowling with a group, lane reservations don't make much sense since reservations go by time and the larger the group, the longer it takes to get through a game (much more worth it to join the waitlist and pay by game). However, if you are bowling with just two people, it's kind of worth it to reserve a lane (around $90 for 1.5 hours with an online coupon) since we were able to play 5 games during that time (and if we paid by game, it would've been over $50 pp). Make sure you are NOT LATE for your reservation. We had a 1.5 hour reservation at 9PM and checked in at 9:03 - when we went to the lane, the timer was already at 1 hour 27 minutes (the timer starts at ur reservation time, not when you arrive). The staff are fine! Not particularly "will go out of the way for you" but will bring water in a timely manner and are available if needed. You can order via ur waiter or through the IPad. Side note, their sweet chili boneless wings are fireeeeee

Food and drinks are decent if not a bit pricey, but the lanes are terrible. Instead of standard pins, they have some weird string system that makes the pins swing around and act pretty weird. Sometimes too many pins get knocked down because of the string system taking out extra pins. And then the lanes themselves are also in terrible shape. The floors are warped and the transition from the area where you bowl to the actual lane is not smooth at all causing the ball to bounce all over the place. Not worth it if you want to actually bowl.

This bowling alley is the closest one to home so it's always my go to. This place has amazing staff all very friendly and very helpful. I went on a Friday night and was expecting a long wait but surprisingly it moved really fast we got our lane in about 35 mins. We played two games and had a great time during our waiting time we got a big fish tank of alcohol I must say the only bad experience was with the bartenders they have no people skills and such an annoyed face and the drink was not good at all but I will not let that ruin my experience just hope she has better days and learns to smile and love life a little more

Cute local bowling alley. I purchased 2 games for a group of 5. A bit disappointed as we couldn't return 1 game, within 10 minutes of starting, as it was clear the balls were too heavy for the kids. Pizza is more microwave than restaurant quality. 4 stars is fair , its a good place, definitely fun & what you expect from a bowling alley just not a 5.

The food is great, the servers are nice and efficient, and the bowling vibe here is the best! Our server Julie was so sweet to take my order first before preparing for a big party, I really felt like a valued customer!

What to do on a rainy day in LA? Bowling! My friend made a 2.5 hour reservation for our party of 6 here at Bowlero. We got in 2.5 games, ordered some snacks (milkshakes, shirley temples and french fries for the win) and I learned that I have some serious bowling skills when the bumpers are up! They also have ramps if the bumpers aren't enough, but we did without. It was relatively crowded on this rainy day and filled with kids. My very overtired youngest had a moment (after 2 long days at theme parks), but fortunately there was a lot of chaos going around his tantrum They had a bunch of fun arcade games to play, which my boys are usually all about, but they were satisfied with the bowling this time.

Trick or Treat Every time you think about ordering something just know there is someone paying less than you are: 1-Groupon is significantly cheaper than online or in person. If you plan to come in off peak hours, go with a Groupon. 2- Pizza=$20+, Pitcher of Beer=$30+, but Pizza+Pitcher of Beer=$29.99... know how to order 3- $20 of Arcade games =$14 if you know how to order it online. That is what I have divulged on my first visit. Now you know...

Unfortunately, they've ruined bowling here. Recently, they changed the pins from free standing to stringed. That's right, all the pins have little ropes on them to allow the pins to be set up again. Also lets them not fly into the gutters. But it's ruined bowling for me and many others. Pins don't spin like normal, the strings knock over pins that shouldn't fall down, and much more. Too bad, I love going here. No more bowling for me again.

This place is fun! Good music and good food. Haven't had a drink here yet but heard good things. The people here are very helpful.

It was my Family's first time bowling. The center was clean the music was great had a lot of fun at the arcade. Our Attendant at the front desk was very accommodating & charismatic, he made sure we got a lane before my 6 year old gets desperate. We got Fall passes from him for my kids so I gotta hand it to you PEAK costumer service. The food was great & bowling was fun too! So shout to Josue for making sure we had fun!! Definitely will revisit.

The rating is strictly for the food and beverage deals they have. Pretty much eat for free when buying a pitcher its crazy. Dont know where else you can get a pizza and a pitcher if beer for $30. They also have a deal on appetizers as well chicken wings boneless wings pretzel pins you name it you can make your own combo. Bartenders are nice and there are video games and bowling as well.

Tried calling to ask questions. No one ever picks up. Sent to voicemail. Unbelievable.

I got a couple gifts cards that I needed to use and it was fun everything was great and the food was yummy.

had a really good time bowling here with a groupon on a weekend afternoon, but past attempts to go again have been really difficult. this alley can get quite busy, but they don't have any sense of organization or planning to mitigate the rush. a lot of previews talk about 2+ hour waits and that's because the management is poor. the lanes are used by the local bowling league sun-thurs in the evening, but there is no online or accessible calendar to see when they have the lanes reserved. when you go during league time. 80% of the lanes are empty reservations from league people too which seems pretty unfair. there is a waitlist but it's honestly not functioning very well. it takes a while to be added to it, its not always on, and parties will randomly be added to the top of the list above others. you cannot join it remotely or online. you can try to call and ask if they are busy but its very unlikely anyone will pick up the phone. i dont know why they don't have a calendar or onljne waitlist. it would solve a lot of issues with the traffic IMO. the front desk staff are pretty unhelpful too. arcade is fun but very expensive. food+drinks are very expensive as well. highly recommend doing a groupon to save money. j got a season pass but it looks like i wont be able to use it before the summer ends with how badly the lines are managed.

We've been to this location numerous times, but after tonight we will never go back again. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Marvin. I had previously purchased a few Groupons so we can take our kids and a few friends for a random night of bowling. When we got there I went to check in as 4 of our guests were about ten minutes behind schedule. The moment I said we have Groupons, all of the options were suddenly unavailable to us. There were many lanes available, but we couldn't set anything down because that would immediately activate our time since it was a Groupon. We said fine and let the kids play at the arcades. When our guests came we went to scan them and two vouchers weren't working. Marvin kept telling me that he can't help because it's a Groupon and if I wanted to ensure that this doesn't happen we have to book on line, it would be more expensive but this is how third party vendors are etc. he was incredibly unwilling to assist, kept basically making us feel cheap because we used Groupon vs just buying it straight from Bowlero. I said it's fine let's use what we can but can they help us then just pay the difference for the four people the Groupon wasn't working for and he wasn't willing to help us out. Apparently no other promotion would work because we had the Groupon. I have had this happen once more at the Bowlero in Woodland Hills and their manager Jo was phenomenal. She worked it out with us and everyone had a great time. These things happen, Groupon isn't perfect. I could have contacted them but I was so rushed and embarrassed. This guy was so incredibly condescending about us having used Groupon. It was a horrible feeling and I didn't want to escalate it there because we didn't want to make an awkward situation even more awkward for our guests. If you don't like utilizing these third party vouchers you shouldn't be promoting on them. You can't treat people this way. We more than made up for our "savings" at the arcade and with the overpriced food. Was it so hard to just work something out when you clearly see someone in a jam? We would have paid a difference. I felt rushed to get to the lane because time was ticking. The whole experience was so off putting. We will never be back at this location again. This was supposed to be a fun laid back night with the kids and I was upset the whole time. I don't recommend this location, but I definitely don't recommend it if you're using a voucher. This felt hostile and no one deserves that. It could have been resolved in such a friendly manner. I already contacted Groupon and they provided new vouchers, it would have taken a whole 5 minutes to just be kind and provide some customer service!

The venue was clean and had a lively atmosphere. However, when I went to pay for the bowling (90 minutes for 2 people on a Wednesday evening) I was shocked to see the total bill was around $92 (excluding food and alcohol) In hindsight, pickleball would have been a cheaper and more entertaining option.

Interesting place. Curious as to why they have Two armed guards at the entrance. I have a great time with my friends. Drinks service was cool. However I wish that had not had any drinks at all, glad that I didn't order food because I looked around and saw a huge cockroach inside of the menu, just chilling. If you don't mind armed security and cockroaches, it's a fun place to go.

seriously a great place to bowl w friends, music is great and vibes r so fun. there's diff themes u can do for the screen and they also give u 2 hrs free play time if u do a survey online. will be back whenever i wanna bowl again w my friends!

Very affordable - about 10 bucks per game plus shoe rental. This was on a Wed night I think. Didn't have to wait (there were 4 of us). The place was clean, the food was decent, the neon lights kept it looking retro not outdated. I actually hate bowling, but all things considered this was a great easy place to bowl without having to pay an arm and a leg and without having to wait.

The parking here was pretty easy as they have a huge lot. The staff is very nice, the drinks I heard were are OK. I didn't try them, but my friends said the alcoholic drinks tasted like juice. The food was delicious such as the french fries and the chicken wings. I love the luminesce ambiance of the bowling balls and lanes. This was a friends birthday night, and they provided letters to spell her name to make her night special. I will definitely come again.

Went on a rainy afternoon a couple weeks ago and we had a bunch of kids and had an excellent time! This place used to be a bowling alley of a different name and I hadn't been here since then lol but I can say this is much better! The arcade is small but the kids didn't care, Photo Booth was a cute addition. The lanes were great, the lighting makes for a fun ambience. I was pleasantly surprised with the pretzel appetizer. They have an air hockey table and a bar I didn't try due to Dry January lol. I will bring my own wipes for the balls next time. I saw the layout for someones bday buffet and it looked pretty great. I like that you can order food and drinks from the screen at your lane too. We will definitely come back to work on our bowling skills!

Had so much fun with my friends & family. The attendant at the front desk, Josue gave me the best costumer service I've ever had. Since this was my first time at Bowlero he also recommended me to try the Alley sampler, which came with TONS of great tasting food. We bought 2 Arcade cards from him which was a good end to our day at Bowlero. Definitely will go back again.

Get rid of the string pins please. I know it's probably more efficient but it's horrible. It's way more fun watching pins fly around.

Came to Bowlero tonight for Valentine's Day, my first time here. Made a reservation online last night. Exceeded my expectations in every way, in no small part to the manager Josh who was super friendly and kind. Would definitely come here again. Thanks for making our Valentine's experience a great one!

Today my lane had NO OIL and that caused crazy scuffs on my new ball. There was no oil to wipe off my ball either -- huge red flag! Im not sure if the ball return or the lane are responsible for all this foreign gunk on my ball. As a new bowler I'm pretty bummed on all the damage I have to fix. Customer service was decent but honestly they need to do something about the quality of their lanes. I probably won't be coming back if the quality doesn't improve.

Went bowling there at around 7 pm they had a very long waitlist. So I thought that me as a parent I would have a hard time waiting in line since I noticed that they were slammed on reservations & even still the front desk attendant who greeted me was very accommodating, he had so much energy. He convinced me to buy an arcade card for $30 dollars so I could kill the time with my kid so he doesn't grow desperate. & continued to check on us to see how we were doing. I believe his name was Josue he is such a kind soul. Going out of his way to check on guests. Loved the experience & cannot wait to go back!

My server Javier was an amazing server. Our group got waters and he was fast and efficient to bringing them out. Two jugs and lots of cups! His attitude was amazing and I loved the vibe he gave off. Will definitely be coming back as long as he's my server. 1000/10

I've been here multiple times the manager is a disrespectful towards customers and I asked her if customers are always right en nods her head no.. she literally kicked me out for ordering a drink and I'm 21.. she took a personal grudge against me because I spend my money at this accomplishment. To be honest corporate needs to fire her because she ruins everything about bowling especially it's the only bowling alley in La. I just feel disrespected and unwelcome because I'm treat like less. The manager has a issue and need to find a new job because it's obviously she doesn't want to work there I've had multiple co workers

We had such a wonderful time here and the staff was really nice and the parking was easy. Only problem is if you have any questions it's really hard to get a hold of anyone as for the most part, they do not answer their phones. They also have some really wonderful deals. If you look on Groupon that are available sometimes but make sure you book at least 24 hours in advance. Everyone enjoyed themselves. It was nice and clean.

Delicious food, outstanding customer service and fun vibes. High five to the manager, Caryn E., for the warm welcome. Caryn was very informative and very resourceful. On top with recommendations and always with a warm smile. Caryn made our night even sweeter by giving my family and I complimentary arcade cards as a "happy holidays." Staff is cool and whatnot....absolute worst lanes I've ever been on. If you're a straight bowler and looking for fun atmosphere, then it's cool....but they seem to never oil the lanes at all, even on league nights which is the most baffling, plus the pins are on strings. You would think that saves enough money to afford putting oil on lol. Don't try and throw a spin because it'll probably jump over and hit the pins on the lane next to you. It's truly awful and this isn't one experience I'm speaking about, it's been many and unfortunately I got talked into a league there and regretting everything except the drinks lol

If you come to this place, make sure you order at the self order monitors. DO NOT GO TO THE BAR. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one checked on us after we received our food and we weren't asked if we need any water or drinks. Parched AF after having hot wings and What makes this matter worse is that we were the only ones sitting at the bar. We literally had to flag someone down just to get some damn water. The cherry on top was when the lady bartender charged me extra for a beer in addition to giving the wrong size. After sitting there for a moment, we decided to get up and move to a different area as we waited for our bowling lane to open because the energy was off with everyone behind the bar. Just nonchalant, poor customer service. (2 black ladies, one black man with dreads.) Don't know names, but terrible vibes and terrible service.

Worst scammers ever!!! Literally charged absurd amounts and lied telling us if we ordered off a special menu it would be cheaper. They actually charged us a service fee of $120 for ordering off the menu. The service was horrific. So slow. Took 45 mins to get 4 beers and 1.5 hrs to get food from the special menu. Don't go there if you want to still have a bank account. They said the fee was for the "lights and clean up crew" The management there is a bunch of liars. Big disappointment. Never experienced this before there. Stay far away. It cost $1,000 for 1 game of bowling for 3 lanes and a bunch of terrible fried food.

Came to celebrate my daughters birthday Jordan not only took care of us over the phone, and ensure that we will have lanes when we showed up his customer service was amazing and we will definitely be back just because of him!

My 4 friends and I came on a Saturday night around 9pm. We tried to call ahead to reserve a lane but no one picked up the phone twice. So we just came here. There is a good sized parking lot dedicated to Bowlero but at the time we came, there were only a few open spots. Once we parked, we walked over to Bowlero where security checked our bags to make sure we had no weapons, including pepper spray. We were given a wrist band. Then we went to Check-In down the hall to put our names down on the list. We were told that it would be a TWO hour wait (luckily, it ended up being just one!). We browsed the area and ended up spending some time at a nearby bar before we walked back when we got a text that they were ready for us. For a party of 5 on a Saturday night, each of us paid about $18.18 (including shoe rental) for one game (10 racks). A couple of us ordered food from the kiosk and it took quite a while for the drink to arrive. In fact, we ordered the drink and it didn't come for at least 20 minutes, and we already finished our entire game. Would not really recommend their food service. In the future, if I come back, I'd come at non-peak times. Friday and Saturday nights are super popular. But I'm guessing if you arrive around 10pm on those days, your wait time would be reduced (they close at 1am on those days).

This place is great. Managers are incredibly helpful understanding and professional. They go above and beyond to make customers happy and I'm very appreciative of their empathy and professionalism. I will always book birthday parties here and recommend this place. Miguel and Brian are the best of the best. I was impressed and will always be grateful for how they both handle situations. I went there on a last minute outing with my family. It was late at night so I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival we were met by a security guard although they had a sign that said no kids after 10 on Fridays and Saturdays they allowed us and others in with our children. Whew, the place was supper busy, they told us there were 19 groups on the waiting list so we opted to eat and play in the arcade. 1. The arcade was meh some of the machines stole our points and it didn't have many options to choose from. Overall not enough bang for your money. The best part was the Photo Booth but while we were in there 2 drunk guys came in and tried to take a picture with my young (under 10) year old daughter and I. 2. The food was nothing to write about we ordered cauliflower bits, kids pizza, chicken tenders and fries, kids quesadillas ( I added chicken), and a cheese pizza. The best part of the meal were the fries , the quesadillas weren't bad and my daughter said she liked her chicken tenders. Everything else was a no and they took a long time with our food order, but I understand since it was packed. 3. The best part of the place was the staff. When they forgot to put chicken in my quesadilla, they immediately corrected it for us. They were efficient but wait times for everything was super long. 4. Overall the experience was ok, food wasn't good but staff was a plus, I wouldn't return here again though still on the search for a great bowling place.
