Bourbon & Bones Chophouse | Bar

First time to Scottsdale and came early before a work conference. Old Town is quite the scene with a large number of great food establishments. Bourbon and Bone was already winning with their name. Service was great. Went early around 5pm but got busier as the night progressed. Great service. One of the best steaks I’ve had! Strip steak was great, pretty lean, and lighting it on fire was a first. Overall great meal and experience. Hope to come back to Scottsdale at some point and will definitely return to this establishment.

Great atmosphere and service, just the wife and i we were lucky to be able to book a reservation on a very busy Saturday night. Alaskan King crab was on point very fresh. We both enjoyed cocktails and wine with dinner then onto steaks perfectly prepared we saved the extra for next day steak and eggs. We shared desert and an expresso Marti all was wonderful

Had dinner here for my birthday! Amazing customer service. Our waitress was amazing! EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. Even down to the sparkling water. The only reason for 4 stars was because my food was a little cool. We had a big party so maybe my food was plated first, idk but the flavor and service made up for it. I got the prime rib special! I loved that we got to pick out our knife of choice. The calamari was the best calamari I have ever had - hands down. We also tried the octopus of course, it was great as well. Something different to add to your palette. I enjoyed it. The shrimp was fried perfectly and paired well with the pesto. Our table had a little bit of everything and we had no complaints! I would highly recommend you come enjoy yourself and have a great meal. #tellemgabbbsentya

This was the best dinner experience I've had anywhere in Scottsdale. Our server, Katy, was incredible. Her recommendations were perfect, and she was attentive enough that we never wanted for anything, but distant enough that we didn't feel pestered. Get the Bone in Ribeye!!! And the lamb chop happy hour appetizer. You won't be disappointed. We loved it so much, we went back the following night for round #2. And we'll do it again next time we're in town.

Many good restaurants fail to realize that managing tables of 10 people or more requires a separate strategy. We were a reserved table of 15. Our server was so nice but wasn’t given resources from the restaurant to help her. Our food order was given shortly after our arrival. Food delivery was over 2 hours. The restaurant didn’t say “Sorry, our kitchen is busy, your food will be delayed” or didn’t manage our expectations at all. After finally getting our food (all medium rare) we discovered blue rare steaks and a manager who rolled her eyes when we tried to give feedback. Eventually we agreed to accept small concessions from the restaurant but left 80% of our steaks and food uneaten. Disappointed. All could have been avoided with better service. Our group was more accommodating than normal as it was a social outing for all of us. It would have been worse if it was a holiday dinner for staff. Hoping the restaurant took this situation to improve their operations but I feel they didn’t.

One of the best steaks I have in a very long time, tender and tasty. We paired with a bottle of Frank family cab. Service, everything from start to finish was great. If I had to sing anything, it was that the place is way too loud.

This place was amazing. First I've got to thank Constant Technology for taking my co-worker and myself to this restaurant it was absolutely amazing! I was here Aug 26th and the service was incredible. The cocktail berried alive omg I wish I was close by to get some more. Simply delicious! I ordered the tomahawk medium well. I think it was cooked too high heat it was charred on outside and a lot more red on inside than I wanted it was ok. The crab mashed potatoes omg they were so good I have to try to replicate it at home. For the table there was a seafood tower ordered which included lobster, oysters, shrimp and crab legs. I ate everything except oysters (I don't like them) and it was so good. The seafood was so fresh. Pork belly was also ordered I have to say that was absolutely my favorite meat of the night. That was the best pork belly I've ever had in my life. I've been thinking about it for 2 weeks. The bone marrow was good as well. That was my first time trying it. Thank you Constant for including us we developed relationships with people in same industry. The wait staff including bar tender was incredible. So patient, always smiling. It was wonderful service. If I'm ever in Scottsdale again I'm definitely going back!

I had an amazing time and I am honored to have spent my birthday dinner here. Thank you so much to all of the staff for going above and beyond! Your generosity will leave an imprint as my best birthday dinner experience. Clint, my waiter was so attentive, kind and the epitome of class. The food and wine were 10/10. The steak was the best I’ve ever had, cooked to perfection with the best flavor. I’ll without a doubt be returning here, and would recommend this restaurant as a perfect place for all occasions.
