beautiful, authentic French restaurant, delicious food, but service is kind of slow at lunch time. We ordered 3 courses, recommend barramundi and snails, duck breast is too sweet to us, steak is so-so, you can have better steaks somewhere else. Coffee and cocktail are very good.

I really enjoyed all the dishes that I ordered, including the cocktail. The decor in the restaurant looked really aesthetic as well. We booked a day before, and even then, the time slots were limited. We got the 8:30 dinner time slot. That worked for us. The customer service was on point, and staff were consistently checking in with us to ensure we were well looked after. Out of all the dishes, I really enjoyed the Hand Cut 36 months Aged Black Label Ibérico/ Cebo Jamón, Paris Mash, Truffle Oil and the Les Saint Jacques. The bread and butter was really delicious as well. I would really like to return and try the other dishes on the menu, as well as the lunch menu in the future.

I had a fantastic night at Bouillon! The best beef tartare in the city is definitely here, and they finish it right at the table. The escargots and onion soup were delicious, and the main courses were cooked to perfection. Of course, the dessert was spectacular. Service was incredibly friendly as well and very professional. Highly recommend for an authentic French experience!

Four of us celebrated my friend’s birthday here. The food was very good, and the scallop on pastry was amazing. I would definitely come back in the future… as I want to try the beef tartare😀

Food was fantastic and service was wonderful as well. Really immerses you in the experience of dining at a traditional French restaurant. My favourite dish was the escargot, it was incredible! Better than most I've tried. I'll come back just to eat that dish again.

I recently dined here and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was crafted with care and full of flavor. From the appetizers to the desserts, each bite was a delight. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation of the dishes was visually appealing. And I had a pleasure of being pleasure of being served by Alison, and i must say she made our dining experience exceptional. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly enhanced our visit. Very beautiful French restaurant. Many authentic and signature French cuisines. I feel like many French restaurants out there are more like French food fusions. But this place is a real and pure French restaurant. I had a few dishes, all very delicious. Credits to Jeam. He is very welcoming and nice, presented the best French way hospitality. He introduced me the stories of the restaurant and offered me a special rum which is very tasty. Everyone else is very friendly too, talking to customers with warm smiles. Thank you for the wonderful food and service. I will definitely come back.

Located in Circular Quay close to the station. Authentic French food. Excellent food and service. Had the oysters, French onion soup, duck breast and 60 day dry aged air striploin. The striploin came with fries and salad. Good vibes. Duck breast was small, only 4 pieces.
