"Brian Jensen went to culinary school in New York City and worked at a wine shop in Brooklyn before opening San Diego ’s premier bar and beer shop. Since then, he’s grown the business to include five locations in San Diego as well as one in Long Beach and Virginia Beach. For the best experience, head to the Little Italy outpost, which feels most like a bar with its sliding garage doors. It has a bring-your-own-food policy, so grab a bowl of ramen fromRakiRaki next door to pair with brews like the Koozy Beer, a hazy IPA created just for Bottlecraft in collaboration with Abnormal Beer Company. You’ll also find 25 beers on draft, two casks, and hundreds of bottles and cans from around the world. Get the Yeti Imperial Stout that’s been aged for 12 months in whiskey barrels."

It's one of the best spots to stop if you love variety and beer tasting. They have a great selection on tap always and a fantastic selection of craft beer, wine, and other brews. Open reasonably late almost every day. There is indoor seating, outdoor seating, and a bar. Really enjoyable spot to hang out.

We go here a lot. The service is great and the place is super dog friendly. Lots of regulars but it’s a relaxing space set a few blocks from the busiest part of little Italy. Easy to order smaller pours so you can taste a few different things and no issue going alone for some down time if you need it. Shopping for beer to take home gets expensive really quick though!

Small decent establishment with quick service. They have outdoor seating with heaters. Great place for those who love aviation as the planes fly overhead. The draft menu has lots of IPAs, I had #20. A spot to visit for the locals but I wouldn’t go out of your way to check it out.

Fantastic selection on tap, vast selection of to-go bottles and cans at room temp and chilled, super nice people—just a fantastic place all around. I was thrilled that they had a good cider selection. Plus, they have outside tables with abundant distancing. This is a worthy destination in Little Italy.

You can’t go wrong spending a little bit of time here! There’s so much to try on tap and not to mention the endless choice of craft beers. They also serve wine if you’re not much of a beer drinker. Getting together with friends here is always a good time

This is a must-go if you’re into craft beer. They always have a really nice draft selection so don’t be afraid to ask to try something or ask for a suggestion based on what you typically like. The bartenders are super nice and knowledgeable. They also have wines for those that aren’t into beer. Vibe is always chill and the music always adds to that. Clientele tends to be 30+ for the most part so that adds to the chillness. I usually sit inside, but they have a nice patio setup. It’s very, very dog friendly here so that’s always a plus.

Beautiful, modern bar and store. Amazing and varied selection of beers on tap including some great Belgians. Shop has even more choices in bottles and cans. Choices of 4/8/16 oz pours. Friendly and helpful staff.
