Bottega Napa Valley

I love the ambience, perfect for a quiet romantic dinner, with the subdued lighting and perfect acoustics as you can hear your companion speak without straining to hear. Friendly, attentive and efficient customer service. Food was delicious, so many good choices that we may have to return to try a few more. They have outdoor seating and a large outside venue to hold events.

This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering dining here, don’t hesitate—just go. I’ve been to many places, but nothing compares to the experience I had. The truffle fries were outstanding, and the service was attentive without being pushy. I ordered the pasta carbonara, which was traditional, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too oily. Every bite was delicious. The Caesar salad was also fantastic. Overall, I don’t often give such high praise, but this place definitely deserves it.

This is a great establishment. The interior is elegant. Open kitchen concept allows you to see the food being prepared. My only suggestion is that on hot summer days they offer extensive salad and cold food options. The waitress was very sweet and helpful. The arancinis were excellent and so was the grilled octopus . Excellent wine selection.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our waiter, a bald man, completely ignored our requests for assistance. Instead of attending to our needs, he spent his time chatting with a lady at the neighboring table. During their conversation, he boasted about his previous work at a Michelin-rated Japanese restaurant and proceeded to make several offensive comments disparaging Japanese and Asian cultures. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply inappropriate and disrespectful. I hope management takes immediate action to address this issue and improve their service standards. And the balsamic was too hard and salty.

Lovely lunch at Bottega. Food is excellent - seems like this restaurant is owned by the same company that runs coqueta? Not surprised, as I like that place as well. Marinated Chicken diabola was excellent, as well as the Bolognese pasta. What I loved most of all was their bread and signature Parmesan dip!! Will crave them for sure

Well to start off, the menu is incredibly jumbled and convoluted. There is no rhyme or reason to have a muddled menu format and honestly I absolutely hate it (as someone who studied design.) It actually drives me crazy because I could not focus on a single item on the menu and same goes for the drink menu with the bad price list that was off by maybe 2 points and crooked. Please please re design your menu!!!! Overall the restaurant looked nicer than this. We waited 21 minutes until our server came in a giant rush and walked off as I was going to order our appetizer haha. Not funny but kinda movie like comical with my mouth open and ordering to no one lol. It also happened mid sentence as my partner tried to order our entree as he left mid sentence. Curly haired male with glasses. Portions are pretty small for the price and arinicinis were pretty bland. As I'm looking around the food looked pretty deflated including the sad Branzino my neighbor had. I think I was fooled because it was semi busy (7pm Sunday) and I had high hopes. Was this the only place open? It wasn't but we were fooled by the atmosphere. I normally try to only review when it's incredible but this was especially bad. We have been checked on 2x and only taking drink and appetizer orders in the 40 minutes we've been there and half of the people are already done with their meals. We also never got our bread service even though he assured us it would come out. We got served our entrees and still nothing but a quick hello from him. We finally got our bread after we asked him again the third time with no apology or explanation that maybe it was busy?? We're pretty laid back but holy crap this was horrible service all around with semi ok food. Our server finally actually talked to us at the end when I was done eating and maybe he caught on that we were not very happy and offered us a dessert,but even so, we will be avoiding this place in the future. Also to add that I have been a server for years and understand this world so this was just kinda a mood ruiner when we were hoping for a nice night out.

Came here for my wife's birthday dinner. Everything was so good. We started with the pasta fritta con prosciutto, which was warm and delicious. For entrees, I had the tagliarini bolognese, which was full of flavor. My wife had the costolette di manzo(short rib), which she said was insanely good. We also got a free, surprise dessert, which was a nice touch. They gave us the bread pudding, and the ice cream and small cookoes. Those two were just okay. Service was phenomenal. Wine was fantastic. Free parking. Make it a must visit before you leave Napa Valley!

Went to Bottega on a Friday night. Murph was out waiter. Brought 2 bottles of wine....Pegau and Brunello. Murph made evening amazing. We just let him bring us the food, family style. The experience was just amazing. Wish you guys could experience the evening that we had. Loved it
