The team at this Bonobos guideshop is top-notch. Claire and Chike have both helped me during my visits, and they’ve been consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure everything fits and feels right. I really appreciate how the guideshop lets you try on samples in person and then helps you place the order online—it’s the best of both worlds. I vastly prefer going in and working with them over shopping online solo. The personal attention and relaxed, no-pressure vibe make the whole experience way better. And the personal touch with follow ups after an order is received by customers to make sure everything worked out sets them apart. Highly recommend!

Went into Bonobos for the first time after being aware of them for years. I had seen good reviews of their swim trunks and sort of went in blind. Michael greeted me as soon as I walked in and was a huge help from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about sizing and made some good suggestions. The price point I found to be very comparable to similar retailers but with better sizing options. Ended up getting a shirt as well after finding the right fit.

I’ve been a long time bonobos customer but the guide shop at Knox Henderson goes above and beyond! I have a hard time finding things that fit me right and can be quite indecisive. Jio, the gentleman that helped me out, was absolutely wonderful. He’s helped me once before too, remembered me and showed the same excellent service. There is some real attention to detail here has with fitting items to make sure you are not only just comfortable but that everything looks and fits good as it should. They truly take the customer service a step beyond just showing up to a store to buy clothes, it really is a type guideshop and not a clothing store. They have a size of everything, and tons of styles and can help you order anything they don’t have in store. Thank you Jio for such a wonderful experience, we most definitely will be back. Everything from suit pants, to shirt to jacket he made sure was excellent!!

I had an amazing experience shopping here. I booked a 60 Minute Guideshop Appointment and got exactly what I needed. Chiké helped me find a few different options that suited me nicely. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming again!

The stellar team at this location made my suit-buying experience way easier and more enjoyable than I'd expected. Their suits look and feel fantastic too. I'm sure I'll be back.

Jio and the other staff were super helpful and had great customer service. My husband usually has a hard time finding clothes that fit well but we found a bunch. We will definitely come back. This is more of a showroom and then they buy/ship the clothes to either the store or your house in around 3 business days.

We had an amazing experience here! We made an appointment and Chike was very helpful entire time. It was a very laid back experience that felt very one on one which was great! Would recommend this to anyone!

Just some feedback on a store visit... I visited your Dallas location today. I've never purchased anything from your brand before but I've studied some of your things online and was interested in your offerings. I need a special outfit for a red carpet event in New York where I'm supporting a friend hosting a fashion event. I walked in, told your sales associate why I was visiting (he asked) and he motioned toward the suit section and told me to holler if I wanted to try anything on. After ten ish minutes I found 2 or 3 jackets I wanted to try. I smiled at your associate and asked for help but he turned instead to a new person who had just entered the store... a tall pretty white man on a phone call asking his wife for his suit size. For the next 15 minutes, your associate worked with the other man to find 3 suits and pretended not to see me. I stood there like an idiot until they needed to shop in the section where I was standing and I had to move out of their way so they could continue. I simply walked out of the store when I realized that I was in the way and not wanted as a customer. As a biracial man, it felt like retail racism. I was ignored completely and made to feel in the way. If I owned the brand, I'd want the feedback. It's weird behavior in 2023 and in Dallas.

Let me start by saying I'm not reviewing the Bonobos brand--just this specific guideshop. That being said, let's get into it... INTRO| I scheduled a 60min appointment to go through the entire store and find my "perfect fit". All the hype surrounding the brand and the idea that the store itself would help you find a perfect fit sounded great to me! I'm an athletic guy and finding shirts that fit perfect is very difficult for me, so I was super excited by the prospect of going into the store and having someone take me through everything. Whelp! Unfortunately that's not what happened at all. EXPERIENCE| Like i said prior, I made a 60min appointment. Well that appointment only lasted 10 minutes, 15 tops. The person helping me (tall black guy whose name I didn't get) seemed totally uninterested and just overall wasn't helpful. The ONLY thing he did right was explain the shipping process--which is also online and explained prior to setting up the appointment. He didn't ask why I was there, what type of shirts I wanted, what fit I was looking for or even a color preference. All of that would've been fine with me if I was shopping online or in a Macy's or something like that. But their whole premise is "come find your perfect fit at our guideshop",that was the whole point of me going into the store. A 60min appointment dwindling down to 10mins of basically me browsing on my own is the major red flag here for anyone wanting to use this particular location. Be advised and be aware that the employees there MIGHT help you if you keep pestering them to help you, but for the most part they'll just stand around and reread and repeat the words you received in your confirmation email. AESTHETICS| Not much to say. Small, the interior decor is like a mix of Hollister and Abercrombie. Fitting rooms far too small if you're trying on pants, only a tiny curtain for coverage,and three very thin very useless wall mounted mirrors. I don't know where they spent their money here, it's not on employees and it's not on comfort. The place really seems like they don't want customers, just more brand recognition. Again, buyer beware. CONCLUSION| If you like the brand just shop online. You'll save time and money. Find your perfect fit that way, they have free returns, if it doesn't fit just send it back until it does. That'll workout much better than This guideshop.

For all the hype Bonobos receives for their customer service, this particular guideshop is severely lacking. I have had the displeasure of dealing with the staff here three times. The employees are uncaring and their attitudes come across as if you're doing them a disservice when you ask for sizing options - I can't help but feel disappointed each time I visit. Side note: the fitting rooms near the entrance are either uncovered or protected by only thin, sheer fabric. Because this is a small shop, it makes the fittings a bit awkward especially if you're needing to undress.

I went with my guy to look for possible suits here. We scheduled an appointment and everything went smoothly. Some one met is and went through the suit options. He also gave us details on a variety of men's clothing options. We were looking for a 3 piece suit and they had pretty good options. Also, they offer you a beverage when you walk in the door. That was a nice touch. The place is clean the parking is not great but tits like that in that area. We will come back to look at their selection of clothing.

I came here with my boyfriend because he's familiar with the online store. We were immediately greeted by friendly faces, and an employee instantly helped him find his size, staying with us for awhile since we were so picky (sorry!). I know it's a guide shop so this is expected, but their service was exceptional, in my opinion. We ended up leaving with a whole suit and a free birchbox! Thank you, Bonobos!

Had always liked bonobos for their clothes and consistent fits, so could easily buy online, Recently got three pairs of jeans and all three fit very differently. Only one fit, the other two had differing lengths and fit, by an inch at least! I thought maybe they picked the wrong size on accident, but no, they all were the exact same waist, length and fit. Went in to store to return the two that didn't fit, which the associate indicated had been an issue for their jeans, but refused to take one pair back since it was a final sale. I would have been ok with that if it was for style, but he acknowledged the quality issues. How do you refuse a refund when the quality was bad?? He did offer to take it off my hands but would not refund me (uh, really?). Called customer service who did issue the refund. Just irritating, and not sure what is going on with their quality. Not worth the hassle. Two friends had similar issues with lengths being off, so not just me. Used to love their jeans, but can't recommend anymore. Wonder if the sale to Walmart is the reason?

Nice clothes with many fits to choose from. Great materials, colors and wide ranging outfits to choose from. Ask for a multi item discount.

I had purchased a few garments from Bonobos prior to experiencing the guideshop, but I have never held them as highly as I do currently. I came in to make a return, and Salvatore helped me find the right fit. Both him and the other representative were very helpful and friendly as well. As for the pants I purchased, they fit amazing because Bonobos has 5 different fits! I am extremely happy with my purchase, and my experience. To recap, Great customer service and Fantastic product!

Incredible service, return policy and their designs make looking good easy. You simply can't knock Bonobos on this front. But my complaint and subsequent 2 star rating comes from the factor I believe to be the most important; the quality of the clothing. Currently sitting at my office desk with a ripped elbow (this has happened to all three "weekday warrior" garments I purchased). I've never had this happen to any of the other shirts in my wardrobe rotation, and they are all tailored the same, since I know consistency is a factor in this. I will follow this comment up by saying that the golf shorts I purchased have held up well, but the dress shirts, specifically at the price point, have not served me well.

I was coming in to try pants on for a wedding and Eric was super nice and helpful. He got all of my sizes and pant styles emailed to my account and now I can order when the wedding gets closer. It was a great experience and the showroom is great as well.

My first time visiting Bonobos. Was in Dallas on a biz trip and saw their store. Went inside and was greeted by Jacob Bagby who became my personal shopper. Jacob was great. Found my correct sizes helped me pick out things that I really liked (not an easy task) and followed up with online ordering. Would recommend Jacob and Bonobos for any busy person that wants to look great and does not have a lot of time to pull it all together.
