Bondi Beach House

The Bondi Beach House is the perfect location to explore Bondi and the surrounding area. I stayed in the Garden Suite - a gorgeous and very comfortable room, beautifully decorated with amazing art by local artists. The room also has a great little kitchen area and it was a joy to have a cup of tea in the garden listening to native birds and people watching! The communication from the team before, during and after my stay was excellent - clear and comprehensive. Bondi Beach House is a home from home, I highly recommend it.

Bondi Beach House was a pure delight. We stayed in the Garden Room - which was beautifully decorated, with a very comfy bed and had its own little kitchen with doors that opened onto the communal garden space, although felt very private due to foliage. It was so close to the beach and all amenities, but remarkably tranquil. It made our stay in Bondi perfect. Our contact Ali, was extremely helpful and welcoming.

I booked a stay here for Xmas and was purely for the location BUT the overall stay and the room (palm view) won me over. Room was large and clean, bathroom was spotless. Kept nice and cool so didn’t have to worry about being too hot and excellent communication between myself and venue. The decor is lovely and in keeping with the Bondi. Would definitely recommend and re-book. Thank you for having us and keep up the great work 👍 Merry Xmas and happy new year 🥳

We loved it here— the quiet that held us, the garden alive with lush green, Organic bedsheets softened the weight of the day, art on the walls whispered stories, never shouting, only inviting us to see. It felt private, thoughtful, clean without being hollow, beautiful without needing to prove itself. Time lingered here, unfolding gently, without rush.

So wonderful to return to the Bondi Beach House and find it newly renovated and just so stylish. Our room was extremely comfortable and the new bathroom was perfect with fluffy towels and lovely handwash. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was a pleasure to sit outside at a large table and read in a relaxing garden courtyard. And the beach was just a short walk away as well as a great Italian restaurant.

*AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS*||Bondi Beach House is the absolute worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. They canceled our booking LESS THAN 24 HOURS before New Year’s Eve, leaving us stranded without anywhere to stay during the busiest time of the year.||The lack of professionalism and disregard for their guests is appalling. This is not just an inconvenience; it’s a complete failure to deliver on a basic promise—honoring a confirmed reservation. They offered no real solutions or assistance, leaving us scrambling at the last minute to salvage our plans.||If you’re considering booking here, think twice. Their behavior is completely unacceptable, and they clearly don’t care about their guests. Don’t risk your holiday or special plans with this unreliable establishment.||Plenty of other places in Bondi will treat you better—don’t waste your time or money here.

Loved staying at the Bondi Beach House with my son. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived with a sweet welcome message left at the door. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast supplies made the stay super convenient. The beds were cozy and the room tastefully decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

Avoid Bondi Beach House - Unreliable and Unprofessional! I booked a 3-night stay at Bondi Beach House well in advance (September 2024) for New Year's, excited for the iconic Bondi Beach experience. Just one week before our arrival, I received a "welcoming" message from them, expressing their excitement for our stay. However, 24 hours before we were due to check in, I received an email notification informing me that my booking was cancelled due to a “double booking.” Not only did this cause massive disruption to our plans, but they had the audacity to offer alternative accommodation 9km away at the Airport location—completely unacceptable given that we specifically chose to be in Bondi. The way they handled the situation was nothing short of a disaster: no assistance, no apology, and no respect for our time or plans. We were left scrambling for a place to stay at the last minute over New Year. It’s clear that Bondi Beach House is unreliable and untrustworthy, and I would strongly advise anyone considering booking here to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other great places to stay in Bondi, so save yourself the stress and frustration—avoid Bondi Beach House at all costs.

So relaxing and lovely. I feel right at home. Birds chirp in the rustic garden and the beach is 5 minutes away. There's coffee in the morning and the WiFi is fast. Laundry is available. Furniture is common areas is vintage and home-y. I like it. I would stay here again.

Stayed here last weekend with most of my family and the whole experience was just great. Met by Hazel who was just lovely and attentive. We had a suite for the girls and an upstairs room for my son and me. This is a quirky and interesting venue, full of art and bits and pieces that really help to get you into the Bondi feel. While the weather was a little fikkle, the house and the facilities including the staff was just wonderful. It is the perfect guest house in any city. Great for couples. Romantic for some and just lovely for all. I can't recommend this house more highly tusk to say that we all loved it and are already planning a return trip. Just perfect in every way. Great place. Great location and wonderful staff. You decide.

I was a little nervous about staying here at first, thinking it would be like a hostel. But when I got there I found that I was entirely wrong. The Beach Bondi House is a gorgeous guest house a block away from the beach. There are 10 rooms total. Its such a cute little house that reminded me of home. The caretakers are super sweet and are great resources for the area. I would rate this a 5. There is nothing negative to say. :)
