Customer service very good as of 2/9/2025. Plenty of parking. Drive through available. Dine in. Delivery service will have to go inside to pickup. Clean.

I love their fried chicken!!!! I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes with white gravy, biscuits, and their dirty rice. Sooo, good! I wish the franchise would come back to Arkansas!!!! We will definitely drop by any Bojangles location when we are near one!!!

What can I say but WOW. From the time we walked in until we left, was a very pleasant experience. When I visit the area again, I will be back. Oh, the food was hot fresh and delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great food, service & atmosphere. Very happy customers. We'll come back to this location again. Yummy peach cobler too!

Immediately when I walked in, you could feel and see the positive, energetic vibes from the employees during the morning. Crystal took my order; she was very complimentary and friendly. My meal was only $7.00 but she provided a million dollar experience. Her attitude allows customers to have leave with a positive experience for the rest of the day. Sometimes that kind of service is overlooked so I appreciated it. Kudos to Crystal and the entire Bojangles team that worked the morning I ate there.

I swore off Bojangles several months ago after a bad experience at the Buford location. Well, I pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order, and a welcoming voice greeted me full of energy and pleasantries. I placed my order for a steak, egg and cheese biscuit and he ask if I would like to make it a meal....sure! As I finished my order he said "Come'on Around" in a Bob Barker, Prices Right voice. So, I excitedly drove around and to my surprise when I look through the window all the workers were smiling and pleasant. I got my order and that was the best biscuit I've had from Bojangles!! Someone's grandma or Auntie is in that kitchen!!! Yummy 😋... It was so good, I returned the next day and I was greeted with the same enthusiasm and the food was just as good.

The chicken sandwich gets a full 5 stars... they are up in the Chik-Fil-A quality. Crispy where it counts, thick, and juicey... I am not sure why BoJo employees as a whole have such crappy attitudes but no matter where you go that attitude is part of the BoJo experience The sandwiches are what keep me coming back

Went to this location when there was no one else in the seating area and the employees were incredibly kind to me and my mother :] fast, hot food and a wonderful experience. Usually when we order at places like these we get up to grab our food when it's ready, but who I believe was either the lead cashier or manager (or maybe not! Maybe regular employee) came up to us and delivered our food to our table instead, then proceeded to ask us if we needed anything else :] it was incredibly kind and we appreciated it a lot. Would 100% come back again if we're passing by! These people deserve a raise. The only issue I had was that the music was a bit loud, but nothing too terrible haha.
