I started seeing Nonna a year after I had my first child. I was a collegiate athlete, and never shied away from a tough workout, but after pregnancy my body completely changed and I was terrified of injury. Nonna is like an architect of the body. Okay, BRACE YOURSELF FOR THIS REVIEW. Nonna completely changed my life. When I started working with her I was 154lbs and in decent shape for 5'7 but my "Goal Body" is what most would call unrealistic- a 90's supermodel physique. Nonna looked at me and said "we will do that" and she has COMPLETELY followed through. I have been working with her for 2 months now and I weigh 143lbs now. My body is more slender, I look longer, my limbs are toned, my core is strong, my face is slimmer, my butt is perkier, my upper and oblique abs are defined...I've lost 6 inches from my waist! She has begun sculpting my body and even changing my posture and movements.
