Cool selection of items but the staff there are too cool to acknowledge any customers walking in, or at all really. They really don't bother looking up. At a store front that spends so much effort on aesthetics, maybe focus on customer service. The "too cool for school" aesthetic in LA is outplayed and embarrassing really 😂

Yes, this brand offers a great selection of items, however they have the worst customer service and form of shipping.
-They do not have a customer phone line
-They take 1-7 business days but more like 7-8 to accept your order and get it ready to ship and then you have to wait 3-7 business days for the package to ship. I’ve never even heard of a startup business making a customer wait 7days to prepare an order.
My order was placed a week ago during Christmas season and there is no sense of urgency and they do not offer a solution when filing a request through their contact form online. Sounds like they’re just using AI to respond as the responses are quite generic.
- I had to submit 3 of those forms before I got a response.
1000% do not recommend shopping here! It’s very possible to find any of the items they offer elsewhere!
I suggest to NEVER shop through Bodega.

Purchased bag on Dec 9 for Christmas gifts and I haven't received the product yet. As a them general guideline, 1-5 business days for shipping. Why on earth does it take so long to ship it.. They aren't accepting store pickup and cancellation.
I will never order from this place again..
(update:Now Feb 8, I haven’t received the delivery yet.)

DO NOT ORDER FROM BODEGA. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s 26 days after I bought my item and it hasn’t been shipped and they are refusing to refund me. It’s a clear violation of federal law as they haven’t fulfilled their own written terms on their website (customer contract). Canned responses over and over again and zero customer service. Miguel clearly has no experience or care in the customer service arena. You can see by all of the canned responses on these reviews that they do not care and will steal your money.

For over a month now, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with Bodega regarding an additional charge on my order. Instead of resolving the problem quickly and professionally, they keep passing me from one representative to another without taking any real action.
I have the impression that their attitude towards customers from Israel is biased. They added an unjustified $504 insurance fee to my order (without notifying me), which led to an additional $150 in customs fees. While the store admitted their mistake, they only offered $60 as store credit — this is unacceptable and insulting.
This kind of treatment demonstrates absolute disregard for their customers. If you’re located in Israel, I advise you to be cautious when ordering. This store does not respect its buyers or their time.

Beware ordering from website!
Purchased some shoes on black Friday weekend for Christmas gifts and they refuse to ship them. Have gone back and forth with their cs so I know someone there working. What store convinces people to order on Black Friday then doesn’t deliver for the holidays? I will never order from this place again. Any policy they send is broken by themselves. No standards and no accountability
