Cool selection of items but the staff there are too cool to acknowledge any customers walking in, or at all really. They really don't bother looking up. At a store front that spends so much effort on aesthetics, maybe focus on customer service. The "too cool for school" aesthetic in LA is outplayed and embarrassing really 😂

Yes, this brand offers a great selection of items, however they have the worst customer service and form of shipping. -They do not have a customer phone line -They take 1-7 business days but more like 7-8 to accept your order and get it ready to ship and then you have to wait 3-7 business days for the package to ship. I’ve never even heard of a startup business making a customer wait 7days to prepare an order. My order was placed a week ago during Christmas season and there is no sense of urgency and they do not offer a solution when filing a request through their contact form online. Sounds like they’re just using AI to respond as the responses are quite generic. - I had to submit 3 of those forms before I got a response. 1000% do not recommend shopping here! It’s very possible to find any of the items they offer elsewhere! I suggest to NEVER shop through Bodega. Reference photos and look how they lie… Saying my order is being fulfilled 🤣 They don’t offer for in store pick up, they don’t offer to expedite, they just don’t care. Everything is “sorry we can’t”

Do not oder online. Purchased bag on Dec 9 for Christmas gifts and I haven't received the product yet. As a them general guideline, 1-5 business days for shipping. Why on earth does it take so long to ship it.. They aren't accepting store pickup and cancellation. I will never order from this place again.. （update：Now Feb 8, I haven’t received the delivery yet.)

If I could give a negative review i would. I ordered shoes from them online 12/28. Its now 2/5 39 days with no updates to where my shipment is. I just want my money back, ill take the shoes as well but for their support to send out a standard email template each time I reachout with different requests is ridiculous. I still havent gotten my shoes nor an update and thats all I want.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BODEGA. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s 26 days after I bought my item and it hasn’t been shipped and they are refusing to refund me. It’s a clear violation of federal law as they haven’t fulfilled their own written terms on their website (customer contract). Canned responses over and over again and zero customer service. Miguel clearly has no experience or care in the customer service arena. You can see by all of the canned responses on these reviews that they do not care and will steal your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Shipping times are ridiculous and customer service is terrible! I’m afraid I’ve lost $150+ with this company! Ordered shoes and a shirt Black Friday, still don’t have an update or merchandise. The automated emails are BS!! Stay away! Should’ve read the reviews beforehand but it looked like a reputable site and dealer! Never again!

For over a month now, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with Bodega regarding an additional charge on my order. Instead of resolving the problem quickly and professionally, they keep passing me from one representative to another without taking any real action. I have the impression that their attitude towards customers from Israel is biased. They added an unjustified $504 insurance fee to my order (without notifying me), which led to an additional $150 in customs fees. While the store admitted their mistake, they only offered $60 as store credit — this is unacceptable and insulting. This kind of treatment demonstrates absolute disregard for their customers. If you’re located in Israel, I advise you to be cautious when ordering. This store does not respect its buyers or their time.

came here with my boyfriend and got our merch for the bodega x croc collab! it was nice to walk around and look through the clothes and shoes and miscellaneous fashion pieces. really nice and friendly staff ! we basically got to design and print on the longsleeve shirts and tote bags and interact with the reptilian guest aka mr croc HEHEH i lov my crocs

One word comes to mind when I come here, and that's curation. Nestled in a corner at the ROW DTLA, is a streetwear paradise. Each time you come here is a new experience and that's because the products are constantly updated and changing. The workers are super nice and can help you with all your styling needs. Nice selection of clothing and shoes from high to low, street to mountain.

It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered shoes for a Xmas gift. Still have no idea when they will ship. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They keep sending the same automated BS message. Don't order here!

This review is for their online store where the customer service couldn't let me exchange my QS crocs size 10 (which is enormously wide and big on my feet) for prolly a size 8 that would actually fit. Yes it was a little sale and I'm not asking for a refund but an exchange for a diff size. They said due to the nature of the item because it's a sought after item because its a quickstirke they turned me down and I can see that they have a size 8 STILL available online...even FEATURE after buying an item for 50 percent off honors an exchange even when they said they usually cant after a final sale, now that's SERVICE! Won't be shipping online with Bodega deez buts anymore.

I love when my friends drag me along to places i've never heard of and end up becoming obsessed with, the feel of the store is casual yet it's set up so precisely to give you an experience not just another transaction A Bodega is where you can get everything you need in one store, and that's exactly what you get here

I love this shop. I wanted to come here for long time and finally I made it. Dog friendly so I take my dogs. One of my dogs is blind and another one also getting less eye sights so I asked the guy if I can use the elevator and the guy said no with "what a F talking about" face. Ok fine, I carried two dogs. The staffs at third floor were super nice and they loved my dogs and nice to them. Thank you. I saw lots of cool stuffs but I didn't buy any. I'm sure next time I might find ones! I want to buy some shoes there next time. There are no sign so you should remember the funky chair in front and it looks like fruits stand inside.

Bodega is GORGEOUS. I loved the aesthetics of the shop. They had a large selection of clothes and shoes for both men and women. Would I come here again? Probably not. Everything was extremely expensive and it was very hot. I started having hot flashes so I had to sit down while my friends were shopping. The employees weren't very helpful. They didn't indicate to us that they knew we entered and when my friends were shopping around they didn't ask if they needed help. The talked amongst themselves the whole time.

This sneaker store is fantastic and has a speakeasy vibe. I had the chance to check out the bodega in Boston a couple of years ago, but this store is even bigger and more impressive. You can find a wide range of sneaker options at different price points here, and they also stock a fantastic collection of T-shirts.

On a hot summer day Bodega has the best AC and Shopping experience. Some would say the selection is limited but that's not it. The merch is a curated offering of the most relevant to the casual hypebeast.

i still can't stop thinking about this place. housed in a warehouse cemetery, danky grocery store pretense- it's like the hidden room x slide that you dreamed about having as a kid.

Great place for unique pieces but it is expensive. The staff are very attentive while giving you space to look around.

Hidden in plain sight The speakeasy entrance to this upbeat establishment is definitely a wow factor to an already "eye catching" of a store. The workers are laid back but definitely helpful and attentive. The design and layout of this store is fun. Would love to come back and bring friends.

EVERY time Bodega has a sale and I find a good come up on a pair of kicks, the order never gets fulfilled due to "technical issues with our inventory management system"-which I find suspiciously convenient. The first time I placed an order with them, I didn't hear from them for over a week regarding my item being shipped so I emailed them to see what was up. After sending me a generic response about a delay, I get another email about my order being canceled due to "inventory issue." This happened twice. I even went as far as to check back to see if the size I got denied was available a week later-lo and behold it was! This leads me to believe they don't fulfill orders that they mistakenly sell for too low of a price and would rather cancel it than take the L they earned by not being more careful with how they set up their sales-which is a lazy and dishonest way to do business.

This place gets a 5-star rating simply on its attention to detail around authentic bodegas and how it reminds me of my childhood and hanging out in my grandfathers bodegas. They do have a great selection of apparel street wear brands and eclectic pieces. I do wish they had a stronger FW selection, potentially more vintage FW or throwback sneakers. Overall, the detail put into this spot is awesome. Definitely worth the visit!

Im chronic shopper and always am Looking for the next fresh store to spend money at . And as much as I loved the product at this store the employees upstairs fell short . I think they're more interested at conversing amongst each other and giving snarky looks instead of making the shopping experience a pleasant one . Had to take my Money elsewhere unfortunately. Maybe I'll give it another shot next time I go charge my car at the row .

Never got to go into store. Got super exhausted walking around this area trying to find it. I just ended up leaving. So real facts, 1) This store is located in the ROW DTLA, but it is omitted from the listings so you won't see it on the directory. 2) All the way near the back left corner when you come in on Alameda. I made a circle in the snipping underneath for anyone who doesn't want to go on a hunt for the store. I checked the brands online. Mainly sells streetwear, but a few brands I like: Comme des Garcons Shirt, Homme Plisse Issey Miyake, Undercover. Not sure if those brands are carried for purchase in the Los Angeles store.

My order was cancelled 4 business days after I placed the order, with the excuse that they had a technical glitch with their inventory. The inventory is still showing they have stock. You guys use a Shopify website, it's very easy to update your inventory. I suspect something else is going on here.

Shopping from Bodega's online store seems like a great option but they are INCREDIBLY SLOW. I placed an order about THREE weeks ago and it still has NOT shipped out. I got a notice one week ago that said a shipping label had been created. There have been no updates since though, meaning that Bodega hasn't even handed the package to UPS yet. This company is so unreliable. I can't recommend them. Your best bet if you really need something from them is to go in store.

This review is for Bodega's online customer support. Do not order from them online. I made a purchase online and attempted to apply a free shipping code. For some reason the code was not applied. I immediately emailed customer support to try to adjust the order. I received a short entitled response refusing to adjust the order and apply the free shipping code. I understand that this a small boutique store, but the "too cool for school" attitude they took made for a terrible customer service experience. For an order that was just placed and had not been fulfilled or shipped, this was an easy adjustment that could have been made at customer supports discretion, but instead they refused. Also they took a week to even ship the item. Horrible all around online experience.

Their online store and customer service is trash. Don't order anything if you want it to be delivered in a timely manner. An online store that takes 10 days to fill an order? And then You have to wait 1-5 days for shipping on top of that? Definitely not supporting this brand / shop any further.

Don't order from them online - No return policy, no refunds, and they sent me a size 5 shoe (I wear a size 13)! You can't call anyone and the chat goes to a 3rd party. We all make mistakes but simply saying "well the computer says you ordered a size 5" is not the way to handle yourself. I feel scammed out of $100 - Online buyer beware.

it's going on 12 days and I still have not received any info on fulfilling my order. their warehouse must be in North Korea or something . it should not take this much obstacle or challenge to ship one shirt. I order things from overseas and it takes about 2 days ,I don't understand . I will no longer support this business that ignores and treats customers like garbage. grab a shirt put it in a box and ship it , come on now!

terrible customer service, I bought an item 27 days ago they charged me in full and the item has still not shipped. Their customer service is the worst I have experience. When you inquire about when your item will ship they send you a pre written email that says they have a lot of orders and also blame shippers and say it can take up to 21 days after you place an order before they will ship it. When you reply to the email and say it's been longer than 21 days you get the same pre written email again. They do not answer the phone

Like a chicken running around without its head, I was totally tripping searching for this place. LOL. Treasure hunting on steroid. You definitely walk pass by Bodega and miss it. Then you noticed some cool kids sneaking in and out of that plastic refrigerator flap flap holding shopping bags with a smirk on their faces, It was a tell tale sign you were at the right spot. ROFL It is totally a set for gangster movies, pallets, boxes of fruit and some real avo. BUT what really amazes me are their exceptional pleasant, friendly services here at Bodega. You do feel like their VIPs. I will definitely come back on my own to buy some momentum pieces. Spectacular tuck shop inside the store itself. Great props!!! Do check out their mezzanine, with high ceiling and window backdrop, so theatrics for black and white photos.

They have a decent selection of sneakers. It's a cute spot. I go in and check out the selection when I charge my vehicle.

The whole team showed up and Bodega more than delivered. Great selection of streetwear and sneakers. 12/10 would recommend.

Update to original review. My wife never received her order. Bodega is trying to run some kind of scam. They claimed it was sent to us but the shipping showed it rerouted back to them never reaching our house. They wouldn't refund, we had to file a chargeback with our credit card company. AVOID BODEGA at all cost. I considered trying to contact others because I see they try to run the same type of scam.

I came in literally lookin for multiple items and the staff upstairs was huddled up barely paying attention to any of the customers it felt like I was interrupting a high school hangout. The store is lovely and the selection is nice but I wouldn't spend my money with people that don't have any customer service skills or decent greeting capabilities.

I ordered a pair of shorts 19 days ago. They still haven't been packed for shipment. I emailed to request cancellation and a refund and they just respond in a form letter. It is one thing to be backed up it's another to ignore the customers request. They haven't been sent. Just refund me. This company's online presence does not care about its customers nor apparently has the ability to conduct business correctly. They are Stone Island shorts and I will be contacting Stone Island to let them know that their products are being sold in such a terrible way.

Cool hidden store. Didn't really know what to expect. Spacious with clothing and shoe separated by level. Staff was friendly when asking about for sizing in some tees I liked. Walked out content with my purchase.

Placed a online order on 11/8 was shipped out a week later when I got the order the shirt had stitching that was already falling apart... shoes were a size 4 (Im a 10) reached out to try to return or exchange was told they cannot because it is a qs shirt... ok Ill keep the poorly made shirt but can I at least get the proper size shoe??? Have gotten no where with online support

Online ordering review. Placed and order online and the shoes were shipped the very next day. They even arrived quick, considering they were being shipped across the country. They came in perfect condition and I could not be happier. I had a bad experience with another big online store, which I will not name, but it rhymes with Fith. They jerked me around for 5 days before canceling my order. However, I saw that Bodega had the same shoes, but for even less. So it ended up working out in my favor. They just gained a life time customer for this transaction alone. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them for online orders for sure. I'll make sure to stop by the store the next time I'm in LA.

Don't bother ordering anything online. You'll never get it. Ordered a new release shoe and took them 20 days to cancel my order.

Nah y'all are crazy I ordered shoes from the online store and it's been 3 weeks with no confirmation or update on fulfillment. I messaged the customer support to get some help to ship my order or get an update and first they said it takes 10 business days, messaged them again after it's been 10 days and they send me a second email saying it's 21 business days for fulfillment with an additional 5-10 days for shipping ?? That's crazy there's no way it takes 6 weeks to ship shoes, never ordering here again. Y'all need to seriously figure it out.

I was blown away. From the layout, decor, to the staff, and the inventory. Everything is on point. They opened about a week ago and the area where it is located is under construction so it's a little hard to find. Plus, it's "hidden in plain sight". I won't tell you exactly where it is, so you'll have to really look:) They are definitely putting all the other streetwear storefronts to shame.

This place is the best. They carry so many of favorite brands. Love all the product on the multi levels. They do a great job of balancing their product with other labels: Human Made, Brain Dead, Stussy, Needles, Dr. Collectors, Our Legacy, Kapital, Visvim, and so much more!! Love the energy in this place as well. Everyone has the energy of a homie you haven't seen in a while but you are excited to continue where you last left. I'm sure I could think of many great things to say. But most of all, just wanna give a shout out to the homie, Josh. He's always putting himself at the level of the customer, making sure their shopping experience is positive and their expectations met. Hello, I'd likes to share my experience here buying from bodega online services. A week ago, I was looking for some cargo pants. I found a couple pairs on bodega's website by searching in their search function "Cargo Pants". I chose my exact sizing and dimensions that fit me I selected a couple pairs and went through the process of checking out. Disclaimer: No where did it say through the check out process that this was "FINAL SALE NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS". At least it didn't say this on my end. Nonetheless, I was excited. The pants arrived, and I went to try them on. Keep in mind I selected my exact size and dimensions. These pants that were ordered, did not come in my size. The right tags were on there, but they were made for someone in a way smaller size than myself. Naturally, I was a little disappointed but figured I could return/exchange them for a different size or for store credit. I filled out the return form listed on their website, and received a response saying these pants were FINAL SALE ONLY, and a reason saying they can't be returned/exchanged. I went on their live chat in the morning to try and speak with someone so that we could come up with a solution. The person on the other end was extremely cold, and just copy pasting the same response OVER AND OVER. Blowing me off. All in all, im now left with pants that were falsely advertised sizing and do not fit me, and had a terrible customer service experience. It would have been easy here to exchange, or at least have a conversation about a solution, but instead there was someone on the other end just copy pasting the same response over and over. I will not ever be shopping with bodega again, and will not be recommending them to anyone I know. If the customer service was at least a a little more "Human" instead of copy pasting the same response over and over again, and at least trying to work with you.

5 stars for the concept! It's located on the far end corner of the Row at DTLA. It's close to that produce warehouse. There's a small flight of stairs you need to go up and that plastic flap doorway you need to enter. At first it will look like you stepped into a produce warehouse, but if you walk through the next set of plastic flaps, you'll find yourself in an urban wonderland--it's almost magical. There are three floors you can browse full of trendy shoes and clothes and interesting displays. The employees there are very friendly and not pushy at all about making you buy stuff so you can look around and browse around in peace. It's just a super cool place to visit, and next time you can definitely impress your date if they're into this kind of stuff! So next time you're in need of burning off some calories after Smorgasburg, or just want to explore a hidden gem in DTLA, make sure to put Bodega on your list!

Even if you have no intention on purchasing anything it's still a pretty cool store to check out. It's almost like a street art museum and boutique store smashed together. The guys working downstairs were super friendly and helpful unlike some other streetwear stuck up stores. Upstairs they have a ping pong table and some couches to relax on.

Had one of the best retail experiences visiting this store. Definitely a good selection of clothes and sneakers that you arent able to find at a regular shopping mall, like Suicokes! Suicokes were the main reason why I visited and i was fortunate enough to get my size. The employee wearing silver New Balances (sorry didnt get her name) was super helpful, friendly, and a pleasure talking to. I highly recommend this store!
