Blueprint is an upscale cocktail bar in Park Slope where expertly crafted drinks and charming bites like charcuterie meet a cozy, speakeasy vibe.
"A true speakeasy, where cocktails and plates are an art, and the style is of old New York, like what you’d see in Mad Man. It’s somewhat of a hidden spot though centrally located on the 5th Ave off Union Street. In simpler words, it doesn’t draw attention from afar with a rather unassuming entrance. Once inside, it looks charming, all dressed up with wood counters and tall bar stools, and old looking mirrors. A perfect bar in the neighborhood for small groups or a date night. Jazz or blues in the background set the mood." - Anna Griniuk
"Park Slope isn’t just populated by married couples who’d like their four-year-olds’ finger paintings to be graded on a curve. It also has single people and a surprising number of bars. Blueprint is one of our favorite cocktail spota in the neighborhood, with excellent drinks and a secret back patio that you can count on to impress someone for at least two minutes." - team infatuation
"This is the best place to drink cocktails in Park Slope. It’s unpretentious enough that you could walk in on any weeknight for a casual drink and light bite (get the big charcuterie plate), but cool enough to continue a date night after hitting Al Di La. This is the kind of place where you can tell the bartender what you’d like your drink to taste like, and they’d know how to make exactly what you have in mind. Take that negroni out onto the back patio for maximum enjoyment." - katherine lewin, matt tervooren
"If they pass the Al Di La test, it’s time to celebrate with drinks. Walk a couple blocks to Blueprint, home of the best Negroni in Park Slope. Ok, so that’s not exactly that tough of a title to win, but this is the kind of place where the bartenders know what they’re doing." - katherine lewin
"We love Blueprint for two kinds of date night moves. Try it before or after dinner at Al Di La for an awesome one-two punch, or make it your main event with several small plates and the giant house charcuterie plate. The cocktails are excellent, and the back patio might be small - but it’s highly pleasant." - bryan kim, katherine lewin, hillary reinsberg
