Ordered a thin crust 'build your own' pizza and pesto garlic cheesy bread; delicious! Our order was ready within few minutes. The staff were amazing and super nice. The place is modern, cozy and clean. Will be back again!

Pizza was great and the service was even better! Most fresh ingredients, great options for dough. I made the mistake of not getting another pizza just for myself!

I was here on Saturday afternoon, and I appreciated that the ladies working there were so set on making sure our pizzas were prefect, even at the expense of themselves... though we'd rather they take care of themselves more! The pizzas tasted amazing, and I would definitely recommend this place and visit again myself!

Why did I wait so long to try this restaurant??? My mistake I assure you! Blaze pizza was incredible, we ordered the pepperoni 🍕 pizza through skip the dishes and loved it. The dough, the sauce, the cheese, the way it was baked, the cheesy bread with delicious marinara that we also ordered... 5 stars ALL day long! Blaze pizza might have just changed the pizza game in Burlington for me!

Love that this US import made it across the border. Blaze serves up personal and customizable sized pizzas for a good price. The build-your-own option includes unlimited toppings! No restrictions on meat or cheese. I kept checking with the guy to see if it was excessive lol. The one thing about unlimited toppings is that the pizza can start to get unwieldy in terms of size. It's a really fast process from start to finish. Your crust and customization level is written down before you pick your own toppings like you would at Subway. If you're in a group, they'll note that down and try to fire them all at once so you can get your food together, depending on how full the oven is. The actual cooking part probably took about 5 minutes and voila! Personal pizza served.

My husband and I went here for a late lunch on a weekend sometime last month when we were in the area. You order your pizza first at the counter and then sit down at one of the booth style tables while you wait for your pizza. It wasn't busy since it was after the lunch hour rush - about 4 people in total including us dining at the same time, which was great since it meant we could get our pizza faster. I really like their build your own pizza concept since you could choose as many toppings as you want. We chose the spicy red sauce for the base, mozzarella cheese, some goat cheese sprinkled in, pepperoni, applewood smoked bacon, Italian sausage, mushrooms, banana peppers, jalapenos, and arugula at the end to top it all off. The pizza was on the thinner side but not too crisp, which I didn't mind at all as the texture was perfect. The toppings tasted very fresh blended together with that spicy red sauce! We also had some delicious and refreshing lemonade drink with the pizza, which made the experience even better! When I compare the pizza I had here with Za Pizza in downtown Toronto, I definitely see the difference now and I would undoubtedly pick Blaze (any location) over Za next time around!

I have been a regular at this location since they opened a few years ago. I love the variety Blaze offers. You can build your own pizza from scratch. They have spicy red sauce for spice lovers, red and white sauce and garlic pesto sauce. Just about all cheeses are offered--mozzarella,feta,goat,Parmesan, ricotta, blue cheese etc. Meat toppings include (bacon, ham, grilled chicken, turkey meatballs, pepperoni--just too many to list and they have many vegetable toppings artichoke, peppers, spinach, tomato, onion , fresh basil, sautéed onions, mushrooms, zucchini, roasted garlic, pineapples, jalapeños, banana peppers--again too many to actually list here. In short they have a DOZENS of different types of toppings. They also have crust choices for just about every dietary preference: keto, gluten free, low carb. Having said all this I only ever order the hot link pizza. Each time it is baked to perfection the crust is crisp never soggy and the topping fresh and of good quality. Pre-Covid you could add as many toppings as you wanted Post-covid they are starting to reduce the amount of toppings and the cheese is now pre portioned in a baggie for each pizza not free hand distributed--you have to pay for extra. Like all businesses they must be struggling in these times. I am worried as I don't want to see them close it would be a huge loss to the area.

Great thin crust pizza. Lots of fresh toppings and fast pizza. I like this place -- it's a refreshing change. I like a veggie pizza, and quite enjoy the variety of vegetables offered here. Seating is quite limited, though. Customers line up at the counter to choose their crust, sauce and toppings, and then drinks are self-serve. But during busy times, while you're ordering, you can't be sure that you'll get a seat once your order is ready. Otherwise this place is great!

Amazing food and service!!! A definite go to. First tried this restaurant in Florida and so happy to have one close to my home here!

GLUTEN-FREE POST RESTAURANT: BLAZE PIZZA WHAT I ORDERED: (photo 1) gluten-friendly "one-top" pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, spinach, oregano, and balsamic vinegar. (Photo 2) regular crust "meat eater" with ham, oregano, and barbecue sauce. Atmosphere: friendly, with plenty of comfortable seating centred around the large fire oven and pizza-making counter. Taste: very good flavours. The crust (gluten-containing and gluten-free alike) is light and thin. The gluten-free crust is one of my favourites out there, and isn't tasteless like some others that I've had. Service: fairly good, although orders have a tendency to get muddled when the restaurant is overly busy (slightly over-cooked pizza, even mixing up your order with someone else's). However, when this does happen, the staff is happy to rectify the problem without hesitation. Bang for buck: $8.65 for the "one-top" pizza, plus $2.00 for gluten-free crust. $12.85 for the "meat eater". Considering the quality, this is totally worth it. Extra perks (allergen friendly, etc): gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan options available. If you haven't been here just know that when you walk in it is loud and a little overwhelming. However the staff is there to help. They walk you down a pizza prep line adding toppings of your choice or from a selection of "set" pizzas. You pay and they put your pizza into a 560 degree pizza oven. About 5 minutes later you are biting into a crispy pizza pie. Fresh pizza at its best. We had the red vine and the meat link. They are both great and we are going back to try more versions of this great pie.

This is my go to dinner spot. The meal is made quick and I love the thin crust. The customer service is awesome. Everyone working there has only been kind too me. My favourite pizza is the green stripe would highly suggest it!!

Always wanted to try this chain after hearing about them while in Las Vegas. Glad to see the Burlington one is close by so we tried it. Intrigued by the super hot heating process and a fully cooked pizza made from fresh in 3-5 minutes. It did not disappoint. We love thin crispy crust pizza and this place delivers on that. We split a personal Meat Lovers and some dough knots to go with it. Everything was terrific and we're definitely coming back! Also had the Arugula mixed greens salad with it and it was also fresh and delicious. We highly recommend Blaze Pizza. Fresh pizza made so quickly and staff was excellent at explaining the whole process and how to build your own pie if you so choose. if you love thin crust pizza, give Blaze Pizza a try, we found them to be excellent!

I'm from out of town and stopped here for some lunch. The lady and gentleman working were super friendly and explained to me how the menu works and gave me lots of options for lunch. My food was super fresh and I loved my pizza. Awesome service
