I don’t leave many reviews, but felt I had to after buying some jeans here today. I’m so pleased with them and the service was flawless. So patient, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. This is a business to be supported.

In a flying visit to London, I bought a pair of chinos from here in the run up to Christmas. Although the trousers are great, I am writing this review purely because of the exceptional customer service I received. A particular shout out to Quentin who really went above and beyond.

I was intrigued when i saw these jeans in a toast collection and on a trip from Oz decided to track them down. Lots of interesting stuff on line about their Japanese denim suppliers. The shop is in buzzing Kings Cross and the lovely shop lady helped guide my choice. She made some minor adjustments and gave advice on washing and care. I think the jeans are great and i really like the professionalism of the staff and company.

Just go--you won't be disappointed. Stumbled into their store with my partner and had the best experience. Fantastic customer service and products. Everyone was patient, taking the time to walk through each fit, pull multiple sizes, and explain the pros and cons of the fabrics on hand. Shopping for high-end denim can sometimes be an exercise in patience, dealing with rolled eyes from staff who get frustrated with even the most simple questions. But not here. This is the kind of place that exemplifies why in-person shopping is great. I won't miss a visit to Blackhorse Lane when in London

Came across these jeans recently, got to say the finest sturdiest most well cut and well made jeans I have ever encountered, and I would class myself as pretty knowledgeable in the “higher quality” denim field. When you hold them in your hand they feel special and like they are going to last forever and to top it all, made in London UK by some magic master craftsmen (I assumed they were Japanese or US made but they look and feel better than those). Hadn’t bought jeans in quite a few years, and wanted to pick up something more responsibly made than the typical “fast fashion” retailers. Stuart did an excellent job walking me through the various styles and materials offered and helping me get the perfect fit. I also love that there is a repair service onsite to help extend the life of your purchases.
