Global eats, craft cocktails & chic tree-filled patio

"When a low‑key evening beckons, ordering pizza here hits the sweet spot." - Vogue

"Attached to the oasis-like Alcazar hotel is Birba, which translates to “little rascal” or “scoundrel.” The restaurant’s been slinging homemade pasta, pizzas (it has a cauliflower crust option for the gluten-free crowd), meatballs with ricotta, Berkshire pork with grass-fed beef, roasted chicken with dates and olives, plus inventive cocktails, since 2011." - Mona Holmes, Eater Staff

"Right next door to Cheeky’s (with the same address) is Birba. The almost entirely outdoor pizza spot is an ideal big group jumping-off point before a night out on Palm Canyon. With bar, lounge, and table seating, Birba is a flexible option that will frankly fit any type of occasion. Expect a lively (but not annoying) courtyard atmosphere and a lot of delicious white pizza." - brant cox

"Located directly next door, this is Cheeky’s more substantial but equally delicious dinner-focused sibling. The atmosphere is just as relaxed, but the garden patio bar—complete with a rich cocktail offering (the gin martini is our go-to)—make it the ideal evening hangout. Come here for inventive interpretations of traditional Italian specialties like mushroom and ricotta lasagna, meatballs, eggplant and burrata, and of course, pizza. While the more topping-rich options are great, the no-frills Margherita is our favorite. "

"Right next door to Cheeky’s (with the same address) is Birba. Home to the best pizza in Palm Springs, Birba is also the perfect casual big group jumping-off point before a night out in Palm Canyon. With bar, lounge, and table seating, you can make Birba into whatever you damn please.
