Love coming to Bills when in Sydney. Scrambled eggs are amazing as always. Cold brew coffee was delicious too. Ordered hotcakes with honeycomb butter and syrup and banana with a side of bacon. The hotcakes are so fluffy and light and 3 huge ones arrived on the plate. Family ordered corn fritters which were beautiful too and a very large serving with two huge fritters, roasted tomatoes and bacon. Bills never disappoints and it was great to not have to wait for a table this morning (around 1030am).

Great stop for brunch . My corn fritters were great, ice Latte and especially the Friendly service. Mao the Staff (if i got the name correct) were friendly and quick with whatever we needed. We had table inside, big Glass window , cool interior and AC room were perfect for the warm summer stop in Surry Hills.

Recommended by my Aussie friends. Went for breakfast. Ricotta hotcakes were delicious, honeycomb butter was the best. I could eat a whole jar. Wasn’t impressed with the service. All the severs in their own world. The place is pretty decent. Would definitely go again if I come back but probably will try different location.

Bills definitely does some of the best eggs in Sydney. A really great place for a special breakfast get together. However, be prepared to line up and wait a while on weekends, and yes, it is on the pricier side for breakfast, but I do think it’s worth it!

Came here for lunch the other day due to a craving for pancakes and found out experience to be quite nice. We ordered the following: Fenugreek sesame sourdough with avocado, lime, chilli, coriander and poached eggs; Ricotta pancakes, banana, honeycomb butter and a side of bacon; A large black sesame latte and a Mango iced oolong. The drinks were both quite tasty and well made, I did prefer the mango oolong since the flavours were better balanced. The ricotta pancakes were great and hit the spot, yet it does require you to add some sides to make them amazing. Without adding any extra's they would probably be good, but not the most amazing we have had. The sesame sourdough with avocado tasted very clean, yet missed a punch. The chilli jam we ordered as a side certainly helped elevate the dish, but the dish itself still lacked a little something-something. Also the sourdough got served burned, which left something to be desired. I do have to mention the cutlery, since it was well polished and sharpened. Cutting the sourdough was easy-peasy and refreshing, more establishments should take care of their cutlery as Bills does. The background music was simple, yet energetic. It fit the vibe of the restaurant quite well and wasn't too loud. We did however find the waiter that served us to be quite cocky, lacked soft skills and didn't really make the place feel inviting. Overall we had a lovely experience, but there is some room for improvement here and there. Would recommend though! (The place is kid-friendly which was lovely to see)

As everyone knows, it's a famous restaurant. The pancakes are especially delicious! The coffee was decent too. The pasta felt a bit pricey, but it tasted great.

Morning brunch after flying in from the country. What a treat to have the famous pancakes and the beautiful corn fritters. Both very tasty and would have again and again. Service was outstanding, overall a great place to meet up with friends or just your wife for your wedding anniversary.

The pancake 🥞 is good always but the main dish is very bland. Feel not worth it. With those minor charges paying $73 in total, it’s way overpriced. About the service, few stuff are friendly but not all. With this price, there are many options better than here. Be fair, their pancakes taste the best in Sydney in my opinion. But, be careful to order other items and ask clearly of the price before order it.
