The owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went in expecting to buy a replacement brake set but he was able to fix the existing set. Great service and all round great guy.

I come in the store because I had a flat tire and no equipment to fix it. The owner quickly helped me repairing the tube, but it didn't work and since he didn't have the right tube to sell me, he gave me an old spare tube to solve the situation. Very friendly and helpful, would totally recommend :)

I went to Bike Station to fix my "seized" seatpost. He solved it in a matter of minutes and it was Free of Charge though i offered to pay! He said it is a small thing and like helping a friend... will definitely go back for any bike related issues!

Phu is a very nice Local Vietnamese Man, he took us around the city, went with us for a ride and helped us to organize our bicycle trip! Very professional and helpful! thanks for everything! Tony

After my Oldtimer Diamat bike got rejected by many other stores who were unable to fix it, Bike store could make it shine again. I'm so happy. Terrific work. Can not recommend enough. The guy really knows what he is doing

I approached Mr. Phu @ Bike Station about finding me my dream bike. With COVID restrictions, brand new bikes and correct sizes is very difficult! I gave Phu my wishlist and he worked tirelessly to find it. Thanks to his expert knowledge and vast resources, he found MY bike and organized the transport from hanoi, building of the bike after storage and tuning to my personal requests. Then to top off the expert service he hand delivered my bike to me as I was running out of time to pick up due to work. 10/10, would deal with him again for any of my cycling needs and WILL be recommending him to all of my friends!!
