Big Smoke Burger

Amazing Dining Experience! I recently visited burger factory and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and the menu offered a great variety to choose from. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pretty good burger here and the poutine and onion rings were delicious. I’d go back. Nice fast food place with nice service.

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time. I work in the area on occasions and always said I would visit and try. Pretty disappointed- when I arrived there was no one in line and no one waiting for their orders. One of my coworkers got there 10min before me ordered and had already received their meal. My other coworker and I arrived together and placed our order. We sat and waited for our meals- we asked approximately how long and was told 10 mins at most. We ended up waiting for 25-30 min for our order, mind you after we placed our order a group of about 5 came in maybe 5-10 minutes later and a lady came in. Finally got our meals and either the stuff forgot to give our meals or the meals were not cooked at that time. Burger was slopped together and dry. Fries were soggy and cold. Disappointed was really hoping to love and enjoy this place so I have a spot to look forward to go to when downtown.

I've been to this place many times and I just can't get enough of it. Their burgers are substantial, meaning a good portion. I recently tried their poutine and it was amazing! They use real cheese curds. Oh so yummy! Their selection of beverages is also quite good. Just writing this review is making me hungry.

Ordered a Big Smoke burger and strawberry shake. The server was very friendly and helpful the burger did not look like the picture but it was delicious as I was hoping it would. The shake was perfect. The flavour was great and thick. Very casual setting which makes sense for a burger joint. Not really anything negative to say about my experience. It was over $20 for just a burger and shake, but this is what you are going to pay for a decent burger & shake!

Oh, I love Big Smoke Burger! It's one of my favourite burger joints in Toronto. The burgers there are delicious! They have a great variety of options, from classic beef burgers to unique and creative combinations. highly recommend. 🍔😋

So coming in this place, they make this beautiful Chicken gourmet burger called the southern fried burger, can just look at it before eating it. Taste very scrumptious, delightful to eat when having or after having a very long day. Other then that the staff are super friendly, work very hard to make those menus very great. So come by when around the King Street East area 👌🏼😊

Somehow the food was just barely warm despite serving it fresh to me. Also found the service to be quite slow even though there weren’t many people. But overall, the burger and poutine were decent.
