"Charming café known for cute, photogenic desserts that taste as good as they look, making it a popular stop for sweet treats and casual indulgence." - Rachel Chang Rachel Chang Rachel Chang is a travel and pop culture journalist who contributes to Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, Lonely Planet, and more. "If you need to both A) grab a coffee and B) stress eat some pastries, go to Bibble and Sip. After noon, they have fresh-baked cream puffs in several different varieties - and maybe that’s just what you need to take the edge off your day. And while you’re eating a cream puff, you might as well go ahead and embrace an equally ridiculous midday drink - try their lavender latte or jasmine matcha." - bryan kim
"Formerly a communications major and design company founder, Gary Chan followed his passion for baking and opened Bibble & Sip in 2014 after graduating from the International Culinary Center. Located in the heart of Midtown on 51st Street, this bakery and coffee shop is known for its cute llama motifs and crème puffs, but we're also big fans of their egg tarts with buttery and flaky crust." - izzy chen, team infatuation
"This spot is known for its cute llama motifs and crème puffs, but we’re also a big fan of the matcha pearl egg tarts, mostly because of the chewy boba that’s embedded in a jiggly matcha-flavored egg custard held together by a buttery and flaky crust. There’s also the fact that these egg tarts are kind of exclusive - they’re only available Friday through Sunday." - team infatuation
"The Biscoff Coffee Croissant is supposed to look like an alpaca (that’s this Midtown bakery’s mascot), and it sort of looks like a cat instead. The filling is plentiful and coffee-forward, but the actual croissant dough leans bready, without that signature flake. They also have a salted egg yolk version, but it enters into egg salad territory in a dangerous way. Stick to the Biscoff Coffee, but really only if you want a photo of a pastry that has ears." - willa moore
