All Those Viral Croissant Spin-Offs, Ranked - New York - The Infatuation

"The Biscoff Coffee Croissant is supposed to look like an alpaca (that’s this Midtown bakery’s mascot), and it sort of looks like a cat instead. The filling is plentiful and coffee-forward, but the actual croissant dough leans bready, without that signature flake. They also have a salted egg yolk version, but it enters into egg salad territory in a dangerous way. Stick to the Biscoff Coffee, but really only if you want a photo of a pastry that has ears." - willa moore
