Beloved Cafe & Restaurant

Everything was perfect. I has avocado toast and the juice with beets (I love beets). I don’t know what I loved more about this place: - live music - fresh food - clean bathroom - amazing decoration Go there if you have time to enjoy your time and yourself. Don’t go if you are rushing. They take their time to deliver everything perfect. The only thing I would change is the glass for the coffee. Coffee is too hot to be served in a glass and also doesn’t keep the hot temperature long enough. It looks cute tho.

Dank vegan options including a tofu scramble vegan breakfast sandwich and tofu scramble plate. They have their own hot sauce which is delish too. Great potatoes and fresh salads on the sides. First time here and coming back for sure. Green juice too!!

This place exceeded my expectations! The lunch/dinner menu had a great range of yummy options. We had the bowl of health soup, vegetable cassoulet, lion's mane mushroom taco, fresh hot sourdough donut (with maple sugar which is unrefined!), Cold brew coffee with honey basil syrup. The food options were all amazing, full of flavor, cooked at perfect texture. I was particularly impressed with the bowl of health soup that was packed with fresh vegetables and the broth was nettle! The lions mane mushroom taco was also super delicious (had a good kick). The sourdough donut was not too sweet, tasted fresh and without refined sugar! Definitely coming back to try more things!

What a cute restaurant. Reminds me of being in someone’s home. Cozy, and plentiful healthy options. Got an amazing juice and they let me customize it. The mushroom bacon is phenomenal. I got the avocado toast but got food envy when I saw my friends sandwich also came with a side salad. The toast was great the bread was just a tad too thick for my style, Matcha and coffee are wonderful.

As vegetarians we loved this place. We tried the ‘Best Breakfast Sandwich in Lower East Side’, Wholesome Bowl and Paleo Banana Waffle with blueberry compote. Everything was flavourful and delicious and we would like to come back and have it again. The place has a nice chilled out vibe. What made the experience even lovelier was the service. Shout-out to Darius. Made us feel extremely comfortable.

I've been in search of a cafe where I can bring my laptop and Beloved Cafe has the perfect light and airy atmosphere to hang out in. I am also vegetarian so for a cafe to have so many vegetarian and even vegan options, I feel like I found the perfect little spot. Also highly recommend going on Sunday for all day brunch and great jazz! (Must Haves: Homemade Donuts & their Sourdough Bread!)*

We went there following not being able to get into the original place we were aiming for. We found the place online and it was close to where we were going. First I love the decoration, and there was music when we were there. The overall vibe is 4 star! The wait time was crazy more than an hour to get our food. Not sure what happened as the place wasn't even that packed. The tea one of my friend ordered was free which was good for her but didn't impact me much. As for the food, had the omelette. The bacon mushroom it comes with felt like dehydrated mushrooms. Was expecting something sautée or with more thickness. The eggs were ok if a little bland , so were the potatoes. The ice mocha was so so. Not naturally sweet like some mocha. Had to add honey. But overall food wasn't bad, you can just adjust it by seasoning. The bread was tasty. I was probably just expecting too much because of the excessive wait time and the price, which is pretty high.

The server from last night’s music jam handled the customers solo fantastically and was happy to be there. I stopped in only because of the great vibes from the jam session, great musicians! Had a great time. I was pleasantly surprised about a café staying open last ten. & was very happy to stumble onto this cozy and charming find. Soup was simple but tasty, missing a nice piece of rye and butter to go with it.
