BEL Coffee

This is a nice place. Nice interior. The staff is friendly. It seems regular patrons have a nice relationship with everyone. The prices are on the higher/high end - I forgot what Starbucks goes for here. The tea I tried was very sweet, much like a sweet juice and not tea - it was alright. I'm not sure if there was any black tea in it. The taste was ok, but part of my drop in the "food" and service ratings (aside from what I tasted and its price) is the size of the beverage. It was surprisingly small.

Love the drinks here, they have suck creative flavours! Had the snickerdoodle cookie drink and it was just like eating dessert. The space is open, clean, and quiet. Great place for work with tons of outlets. The selection of coffee, teas and cake is also amazing! Cherry on top is the fact they use sustainable plastic-free straws! The ones they us made of coffee are so pretty, and don’t get soggy!

A cozy and peaceful place to enjoy a cup of coffee and quick bite. I liked their drinks — coffee (especially espresso with cinnamon) and green almond shake. Banana bread and egg sandwich were just fine, Japanese cheesecake was delicious as well as surprising grilled cheese sandwich. The chairs at the bar are not convenient, so pay attention to avoid accidental falling :) the staff speak English and even asks about when to serve your meal. However, the waiting time is way too long for such simple dishes, we waited for more than 25min.

Since my hotel, The Bloom is just next door, this place becomes convenient for me. I love the fact that the environment is spacious and peaceful. Coffee is reasonable not so strong for my taste; at least it is smooth. I’ve definitely tasted a stronger coffee elsewhere. The pizza is small and overpriced though, it is even smaller than a Banh mi.

Really lovely cafe with a nice vibe. Air con is just right, not blasting cold, but a pleasant temperature. Lots of comfy seating options and power points available to charge your electronics. Great WiFi, given to you on a receipt once you've made a purchase. Clean cafe area and bathroom facilities available. Friendly and helpful staff, speaking very good English. Yummy choux pastry filled with a delicious vanilla? cream ($50,000VND and totally worth it). Iced cappuccino ($70,000VND) was okay, but for the price, I've had better coffee that was far cheaper. Also remember to ask for sweetener if you like a sweet coffee. It would be great if they offered Vietnamese coffee, otherwise there is a great selection of hot and cold beverages available. Vibey playlist. The cafe is tucked away in a quiet street in Binh Thanh and is a great retreat from the noise and busy pace of the city. The environment is pleasant to work in, and while you can hear the chatter of some, it's not too loud and distracting. It's not a student hotspot, but appears to be frequented by business people or digital nomads. I highly recommend this cafe if you're a digital nomad looking for a space to sit and work for the day.

This is a very nice lounge cafe. I like this kind of clean and nice cafe, but this area doesn’t have these much as of early 2022. The drinks here are priced higher than most of other cafes, but it’s nice enough to justify the price. This place is also workable, but it gets really hot around 3pm. I was planning to stay here to work a bit longer, but it got too hot and I had to leave. The bathroom here is also very clean and nice. Their apple scone was just ok.

Good working space. A slightly better Starbucks 🪑 Space: BEL have great ambiance for music and lighting. It’s very spacious and suitable for working. Tables are big for laptops and other stationaries. Access to outlets is easy to find. Customers who come here seems to be conscious hence they don’t talk loudly in the shop. There’s outdoor seating too. ☕️ Drinks: Got the Pandan Latte with Oatmilk. It’s definitely foreigner pricing, it tastes only a bit better than the normal latte which probably because of the oatmilk. Other than that, drinks generally seems basic. 💁‍♂️ Services: Staffs is decent and can speak English 🚽 Bathroom: the bathroom areas located in the back of the shop. It is very nice and clean. 📍 Location: The coffee shop located in a small alley of a busy areas of Binh Thanh District. You will find quiet walking around but still will have access to a ton of food options. Especially Japanese

Perfect place for a good coffee and get some work done too! The tables are big, maybe a bit close to each other but I found that quite nice being around other people. I also love the green plants, great for little breaks. The staffs are very nice and great service. They offer self-serve water as well. Just hope they gave more salad for the "egg salad" next time!!
