Good all you can eat and drink buffet. Plenty of seats if a nice day cause you can sit outside and on other decks for views. If you want inside and good view make a reservation....especially if raining. Good variety of food and had typical Japanese beers and drinks. I really enjoyed relaxing outside looking across the valley. Oh didn't rate service as it's a buffet...but the people preparing foods and drinks were very nice.

3900¥ adult for all you can eat and alcohol drink. 3200¥ for soda and no alcohol per an adult.
We hiked all around and made this our last stop to enjoy the food more😂 I loved the mabu tofu and dumplings! Great place to end a hike so you're hungry and a cold beer is always best after a hike! There were multiple food, alcohol and soda options.

All you can eat buffet and beer sounds good after a hike but sadly, the food is mediocre at best. We came on a weekday at 1PM when it opened and there was no line and probably less than 20 people eating at the same time as us. They were bringing out food in very small increments and not enough for even just 20 people. There was a chef on the bbq grill making shrimp but he only made like 10 shrimps and it was gone in a second. The staff and atmosphere made up for it since they were all very nice and views were nice. For 5000 yen a person, I expected way better.

Good place to rest and refill. It's all you can eat. It has a great variety of beers to choose. Nice view of the valley below.

I bought the Tengu hotdog for ¥700. The taste was average and the footlong was long (of course). Though it’s not worth the price, I understand that it’s on top of the mountain.
The good things are there is free tap water; They have ketchup and mustard station so you can put any as much as you want, and the atmosphere was good!
But if you’re not that hungry, there are cheaper food stalls at the bottom of Mt. Takao.

Great spot to come on a weekday to escape the crowds. Cold beer and a great view. Helpful staff. Don't need to read Japanese to figure out what time you have to leave before being charged extra, it is right there in numbers on your ticket. Not hard to comprehend even for a tourist

Fun fun! The food isn't remarkable, but it's an all-you-can-eat-all-you-can-drink beer garden on top of a mountain in Japan! How could you possibly go wrong with that? Get there at least one hour before opening, or you might have an even longer wait. Two-hour limit, which is plenty of time in the heat of summer.

Now that the price has been jacked up to ¥5,000, (+ ¥1,000 per every 30 minutes thereafter on holidays) it’s no longer a value proposition. However, the food was better than expected. Go if you have nothing better to do with your time.
