This trendy vegan spot serves up delightful burgers, refreshing smoothies, and Instagram-worthy baked goods in a vibrant, cozy setting.
"TikTok’s biggest stars aren’t just making new spots “a thing” with their presence anymore—they’re actually appearing on menus. We're not exactly excited about this development, but we are curious about what "clout" really tastes like. Popular TikTok-er Davis Burleson just debuted a limited-run burger at NYC-based vegan chain Beatnic called “The Davis” burger. The shiitake bacon burger with tomatillo special sauce does actually sound good, so it might be worth investigating if you're looking to explore a new plant-based menu anyway. You can get it at Beatnic’s Bleeker St. location until April 7th." - neha talreja
"Everything at Beatnic, a fast casual mini-chain formerly known as By Chloe, is vegan—and the kitchen doesn't try to trick you into thinking that you're eating meat by using ingredients labeled with "impossible" or "beyond." The burger patties here are thick and dense, and they taste like well-seasoned lentils and peas (because that's exactly what they're made of). Order the guac burger with tortilla chips, corn salsa, and chunky guacamole that tastes like it's made minutes before it gets scooped in between your whole grain bun. This place also makes great sauces, like sweet beet ketchup, tangy chipotle aioli, and turmeric tahini dressing that comes with the breaded cauli poppers, which we prefer over the inadequately-crisped air baked fries. Come to Beatnic with a friend, split a (huge) burger, then get a vegan chicken sandwich, wrap, salad, or dessert if you're both still hungry." - Kenny Yang
"Chloe Coscarelli was fresh out of culinary school when she won an episode of Cupcake Wars with a vegan cupcake recipe: She was the first person to do so on that show or any other televised cooking competition. She’s since opened a casual restaurant in the West Village (followed by others), with an adorable interior (striped wooden floors, colorful tiles, hanging swing) and a little fridge with pre-packaged food. While the menu is focused on smoothies, juices, and great vegan burgers, you can still pick up her famous cupcakes."

"Several locations of this vegan fast food chain are doing delivery and takeout right now. So if you want some french toast, a meatball sub, or mac and cheese with tempeh bacon delivered to your door, head to their website or download their app to order." - Nikko Duren
