Beaches Negril

Room was amazing! The staff handled everything so fast and never bothersome when we were in the room. Loved having a patio entrance, nice touch. Concierge was fast acting and always attentive to our every need/want Kids Camp - WOW!!!! The entire staff was amazing, beyond our wildest expectations. Our son has Autism and they were so great with him, truly beyond anything we could have hoped for. Special shout-outs to Janay (at pool bar near Pirates Island) for being super good to us. She is a true gem. If there was any improvement we would recommend is that during meal hours, lower the volume of music near eating venues. Our son was bothered by it, he wore headphones but would have been great if music was not so blaring near (especially the Mill) dining areas.

Julia from housekeeping was incredible. She paid close attention to every detail and made sure my room was spotless and smelled amazing the entire week I was there. She truly made my stay. Tommy, the wedding planner, was also fantastic—she pulled everything together beautifully for my wedding. Overall, my experience was great, but I just have to give another shoutout to Julia. We had a private villa with butler service. What's not to like? OK, the 90 minute drive from the airport on roads full of potholes wasn't the most fun, but the resort was great. One of our butlers was amazing. The other was good, but not as good as the first. The food was very good, but not remarkable. Even so, our family had a great vacation.

i loved this place so much! I have been here twice and they were both unforgettable. Entertainment was so fun to watch and i love the dances. The workers were so nice! they all were so nice to me and my family and always stopped to say hi to us when they saw us around the resort. The swim up bars had nice workers and were always smiling and happy. The drinks were amazing!! The food was amazing too, the workers were so nice and patient. The rooms were so nice and clean. I loved the towel animals that were on our bed every day. The rooms were so clean! The resort it’s self is beautiful. There was so much to do and loved the pools and water slides. The beach is gorgeous. The water was so clear and clean! I can’t wait for my next stay at this resort!

This was my second time visiting Beaches Negril and fourth time at a Beaches or Sandals. It is also probably my last. We pay a premium for an all inclusive resort however this visit due to capacity issues not all the restaurants were open. The food selection at the buffet which was the main location always open was awful. The deserts tasted stale. The bar and restaurant staff also seemed very unpleasant. The resort as a whole needs a lot of upgrades and fixing, their waterpark has features that are broken. The pool was very cloudy. I just felt pretty dirty overall. It's definitely not worth the price. I gave this three stars because my kids still had a great time. The entertainment staff was great. However I will not be going back and I do not think we should have paid such a premium for what we got.

This place was terrible! Most expensive vacation and possibly worst. The service was awful. Every bar tender looked like they were on their last day of work. They wouldn't make eye contact, zero talking, and when you did order they seemed annoyed to be there. My room had a window leaking rain water. The AC unit would dump water all over the floor every 5 hours or so. The TV had basically no reception. There was never a life guard on duty at the main pool. I only saw him when he came out to kick everyone out due to lightning. The entertainment was the best part, but even then it was kinda trash. Incredibly low budget. The one employee does all the makeup and MAKES all the wardrobes, and you can tell! The main swim up bar closes at 6, which really stunk. Food times were long for food that was sub par. All the locals on the beach annoying endlessly. Even waking my wife up from napping to haggle her. Most of the restaurants close by dinner time. The place is just disgusting...and the employees are miserable. Save your money and literally go ANYWHERE else.

Beautiful resort! Specifically chose Beaches for the scuba diving! All inclusive experience which made this a true care-free vacation. A family friendly property with lots of activities & entertainment, gorgeous beachfront and an excellent selection of food at all hours of the day. This was our first trip to Jamaica. The 90min bus ride from Montego Bay airport (MBJ) was the only drawback, but their bus transportation is as nice or better than what I’ve had in the US. Highly recommend as a first time trip or returning visitor. Incredibly hospitable. No reason to leave the property but there are some local spots & full access to Sandals down the street.

* I am writing this review for my Mother and aunties who recently vacationed at the Beaches resort in Negril, JA.* They were very impressed with the various services offered. “The food was great!” “The massage was what I needed.” They expressed how great the concierge service was and that one particular lady was really attentive to their needs.
