Bazilika Bistro

Nice place for a breakfast or brunch. Huge windows flood the place with light while you can settle back and listen to some smooth jazz. Prices are great but don't be put off by the very kurt service or friendliness.

Lovely bistro with diverse menu in terms of drinks as well as food. Since I was very early, I only ordered coffee which costed 2,5€. I paid extra 0,1€ for soy milk (they also have some other plant-based milk). At 7 o'clock, they have some freshly prepared sandwiches; however, no gluten free sandwiches. When I was leaving I've seen that matcha drink is new there (3,5€) which would be worth trying. For lunch, they have every day different soup and some bowls which I have not tried yet. Nevertheless, I believe they are great but I think their amount is limited meaning that you have to come early enough.

Very unique and delicious vegan cake and for coffee they offer soy milk as a vegan option. Very riendly and cosy! Just slightly expensive €5 for a small piece of cake.

Top place for breakfast, brunch or a bistro lunch with daily prepared dishes. ☺️

We tried there quiche and cakes and we were just having food orgasm with each bite! It’s indescribable! Super tasty and made with very detailed and harmonious way. A bit pricey, but you are paying for the quality and it’s really worth it. It would be 5 stars if the coffee was better, it was ok but not that special.

I've lived in Ljubljana 3 weeks, and I've been here 3 times. It's so darn good! The soup + salad combo is a bit pricey for lunch (12 euros) but it is so much fresh delicious food that you'll be full for the day! It gets pretty busy around lunch.

Lovely place to unwind with a good book and a coffee. We also tried two different quiches and shared a salad bar for lunch which was tasty and reasonably priced. Once the it's gone, it's gone so best to go earlier in the afternoon.

Labelling as gluten-free is overdone. A salad and a soup is not a feat. Asking for a table we were told ‘fully booked’ but while waiting to order for takeaway, tables becoming free were given to random incoming folks. So either foreigners or children are not welcome. At least the sandwiches we took were good.
