Super enjoyable brewery to visit. It feels a bit off the beaten path when you are coming to this location, but the experience, location, patrons, and staff all make it worth it. This brewery has been around for a long time now, and it's well deserved. They beer is really good, and they offer a lot of diverse styles to choose from. There is no shortage of new things to try every time you come in. The Stout and IPA selection was great! The manager was there when I visited, and really made it a fun experience. Super knowledgeable about the brewing and styles of beer they offer. Highly recommend getting a beer flight to try the different offerings. Many of them have a San Diego twist to them. The tasing room itself is a very open floor plan. The brew house is also located here, too. Lots of tables and a very large bar to sot at and hang outm They are family and dog/pet friendly too. In the summer, there is a big roll-up door at the front of the brewery that allows you to enjoy the great San Diego weather. There is a small parking lot out front and lots of street parking in the surrounding area. The brewery is wheelchair accessible as well.

You cannot get a better beer than the Bay City Pale Ale. Period. Oh and the brewery is super chill, they are always friendly and super nice. Highly highly recommend. Plus there's always a good food truck or station. Parking is a B when it's busy so just park near Kobes

We visited Bay City Brewing while visiting San Diego recently. We visited on a Friday night and the brewery was bustling. Tanner, one of the bartenders, assisted us with beers and made great recommendations. He was great! We enjoyed the outdoor patio. We loved all the dogs (it's dog friendly)! If we lived in the area we would definitely come back here with our pup!

Loved the place for the beer. Really nice double ipa. Full metal burgers food truck outside was insanely good. It gets really crowded before hockey games though. Would recommend not going at those times because the drink lines are super long. Nice outside area with corn hole and other games. Would definitely go back

Bay City Brewing is consistently producing great beer. Their tasting rooms are staffed by knowledgeable and friendly individuals. Love it!

First off, this place had great service! This also has a lot of space for large parties both indoor and out. There is a separate space with assorted bar games in the back. I managed to come on a day with live music. Dog friendly so bring your pooch!

This place is great, but boy oi boy... PARKING during a Gull Game. That’s rough. Beers are tasty, environment is awesome and it’s dog friendly. Definitely an awesome spot.
