Always an impressive array of high-end audio equipment at Bay Bloor Radio. I hadn't been to the store for a good decade or two, so I thought I'd drop by. The store looks great! The headphone wall was impressive. The variety of McIntosh equipment is also a highlight.

Dropped in today to audition some speakers. After wandering around lost for a few minutes, I asked the closest sales gentlemen, who turned out to be Carlisle, for assistance. He set up the JBL L100s and KEF R3 Metas that I was wanting to audition after the seeing many YouTubers' videos raving about them - I was not impressed with either. After describing the sound I was looking for, he set up a pair of Sonus Faber bookshelves to AB - wow, the soundstage opened right up compared to the KEFs. For the next hour he let me audition up and down the Sonus Faber line up from bookshelves to towers. He even spent time for me to audition the $20k+ Maximas knowing that it was likely much beyond the price range I was intending to spend - nevertheless he indulged me. The stereo image they projected was something else. For context and to address some of the other negative reviews, I was not dressed particularly well and at no time was Carlisle condescending or arrogant. I believe that if you give respect, you'll get respect in return. I'll be back!

I purchased a Cambridge AXR100 amplifier and am delighted with the amplifier but especially the service I received from Josh. Unlike most reviewers, I never went into the store as I live out of town. Josh provided excellent advice on an integrated amplifier that would meet my needs, and arranged shipment. Since then, I have had a couple of follow-up questions to which I received quick and helpful responses. With a significant purchase, it is so nice to receive personal service, unlike so many retailers whose philosophy seems to be "fire and forget".

Greate product and list of inventory. You can find rare items that no other stores carry. They ship it fast and pack your item really well. I just wish they ship items with faster shipping method at least for item that coast nearly $3000 after tax. Shipping with cheapest option (ups ground standard) is bit annoying whenever I order my stuff from Bay Bloor Radio. Many compedetors in Toronto, Vancouver or other high-end audio shops in Canada ship their stuff with next day or two day shipping for free. Great place still tough.

The store is immaculate, the selection is incredible, and the service is outstanding. Spent a total of 3 hours trying every headphone and IEM I was interested in and others I didn't know about. Alan Beard was immensely helpful, getting me set up with all sorts of products in all kinds of configurations, making sure I had the best experience possible. I'd recommend this store to anyone looking to try the best of the best in audio. 10/10 experience, thank you Alan!

Great experience with this store. Thank you so much for taking the time to educate us and showing us what each set of headphones is made of. I highly recommend this audio store to anyone that wants to learn what's out there and based on your linings, make an educated decision about what audio apparatus you want.

Great service. Their install team is also in-house which is really nice as there is accountability with the actual store. The installer was really friendly, and did a quality job in just under an hour (cables hidden, etc). I’d use bay bloor radio again in the future.
