Food here is really really good and I'd recommend getting it with just a little bit of spice to give it that perfect kick. From even walking into the restaurant, service was very nice and we felt very taken care of. We got the pad see ew and I got it with the medium level of spice and it just hit the spot. Their rolls are also really good if you choose to get those as an appetizer. Feel free to ask them for recommendations as they have a lot of different good picks that you can select from!

Sad to say it but the service of this once amazing dining experience has gone down. Back in December I made reservations for a party of 8 celebrating my sister's birthday. We were seated quickly. The server came took our drink and appetizer orders. Drinks came out within 10 minutes or so but the appetizers were never brought to the table. He came back took our entree orders never acknowledged that we didn't get our appetizers until we said to cancel them. We waited extremely long for our food which were all wrong. Then we had to wait again for the correct orders to be made. Slowly but surely the food started to appear with some of the orders still wrong. At this time we were over the entire experience. The manager came over as he knew it wasn't our first time and apologized for the service stating he was working with new staff. At the end of the night he comp the dinner because the service was just that bad. I mean people who came in after us received their food first and had just as much people with them. Fast forward to last night. This time it was just my husband and myself. We were seated quick enough since I had made reservations. The server came and greeted us. Got our drink orders and appetizer. She came back 10 minutes later to say the bartender could not make one of our drinks a pineapple cocktail. We settled for gingerale. Then 15 mins went by still no appetizer which was just the lettuce wrap. She came back we placed our entree order. After 5 minutes came to apologize because one of the entrees was done so i needed to substitute for something else. I ended canceling the appetizer thinking by the time we got that our dinner would probably coming up too. We waited and waited and waited at 1 hour we got up and left. I paid for my drink and left. I use to enjoy dining here but no more. We wasted time and money for a horrible experience. I hope they get it back together soon because they will continue to lose loyal and new customers. Even the couple next to us had to cancel their dessert order because it was taking too long. I overheard them talking and complained about the service too. This was my husband first time here and what I expected to be a great first impression turned out to be a horrible experience making me feel bad for ruining his bday weekend by recommending coming here in the first place.

The Basil was AWESOME! In from out of state for business and got treated to this gem. The service was great, super friendly, and attentive. The food, ahhh the food. So very delicious and flavorful. You will be leaving with a full tummy with the portions. restaurant is clean and tasteful decorated. Highly recommended!!!

We had dinner there the other night. My wife had stands of hair in her Pad Thai. When we asked the waiter to take it back. The owner came out intoxicated, belligerently slurring and accused the hair of being my wife’s and refused to send it back. Then he went behind the bar and started taking shots. I felt like he cared more about drinking than he did about the quality of food and their customers experience. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

Food was amazing. Service was outstanding. Ask for Alex. He was phenomenal. Ingredients were fresh. All servers were very invested in making sure our meal was a pleasant one. First time being here. Will not be my last.

Our favorite Thai in Charlotte. Food is rich and flavorful (and generally spiced accurately to your preference). Presentations are top notch. Modern chic environment with open kitchen. Dining room tables are better than the hightops in the bar. Excellent service, good drinks. Always consistent.

Ordered on an app and didn't realise it was outside business hours. Went to pick up our order and the owner (?) very kindly explained that the app doesn't let them disable orders outside of business hours. Luckily for us it was close enough to opening time that the staff was in and they very kindly made our order for us anyway. The food was delicious and the staff obviously very kind and accommodating! Next time I'm in town I'll definitely stop by again during business hours of course 😅

We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it was an amazing dinner. Cynthia and the rest of the staff provided a great experience. I had the Duck pho and my wife had the Green Papaya and shrimps salad (loved it!) The wine recommendation was on point and I will return as soon as we go back to the area.
