Cheap, quick, hot, authentic Bánh cuốn. For any Anthony Bordain fan, this place is a must visit in Hanoi. In my opinion, out of all food houses introduced in the show, this is the only one that successfully preserved the authenticity. And remembering that the show was on TV in 2011, an applause for the owners. Note that there is not many parking lots, so walk or book a bike ride.

Good snack to eat. The seller is a very nice and kind lady with full of smile. The soup is uniquely delicious and you won’t find it anywhere else outside Vietnam I think. It’s totally a traditional food of Vietnam / Hanoi, so you will feel like a local when you eat here.

They only make one dish, which I love. Authentic. The man taught us how to eat it through signs. It was delicious. The woman is also nice and smiling. We liked the location too, a bit out of the way from the touristy part of Hanoi. We were the only foreigners there.

The lady making the pancakes was very nice and showed us how we should eat them. The dipping sauce was absolutely delicious and every pancake was made fresh in front of us. One of my favourite street foods in hanoi

I went here because of Anthony Bourdain, she only seems to do one dish which I think is always a sign it'll be delicious. I love going to places Bourdain has been because sometimes it's something I would be unsure of ordering but its nearly always fantastic. Not a tourist in sight in the area either just locals.

Yes, this where Bourdain ate. They serve just one dish - pancakes with a soup. Such a simple thing, yet so delicious! Highly recommend if you're looking for a local and authentic experience.

Great rice cakes stuffed with pork and mushrooms and dipping sauce/ soup with condiments such as chilli and limes. 40k vnd snack. Only one dish worth going for.

Have been here numerous times; the owner is so kind and remembered me after each visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone who travels to Hanoi, her smile and genuine kindness are enough reason to return...but the Banh Cuon is absolutely delicious. Try an egg, too!
