Fresh food - great atmosphere. Come sit at the bar on Monday nights for half price beer/cocktails. The food is also fresh, local and delicious. The summer brings the season of crab boils - highly recommend going to one for delicious crab, corn, and other fixins. The Back 40 (the drink) they make is one of my favorite cocktails. Enjoy!

This is my neighborhood spot for taking out-of-town guests to and it never fails to impress. Simple and seasonal menu/ingredients, and always packed with flavor. The rosemary French fries are seriously ridiculous...I would eat a whole basket. The backyard garden, beautifully strewn with lights makes the ambiance just perfect.

A great place to come for the crab boil. Try to make an early reservation and bring a group of 4 or more to ensure yourself a private table. The crabs are spicy and delicious. A few tips, make a reservation, wear dark clothes, and avoid eating any sides until all the crabs are gone because you came for the crabs, not the potatoes, corn and cornbread. Though the sides are good as well.

Lovely food with a slight Southern flare. I recommend thewhole grilled Catskill trout. The cilantro salsa verde really brought out the flavor of the fish. And if you're lucky, their dessert of the day was a blueberry pie. Delicious.

Came here once with some friends who were really excited to try this place. Sadly, things just didn't really hit the spot, perhaps on an off day... The pork jowl nuggets were tasty on the outside, but mostly fat on the inside. The yuca fries weren't bad, but a little hard and got tough fast. The grassfed burger was ok, but nothing amazing and the price is a little steep. Want to give it another shot sometime.

great food and the outdoors is lovely. unfortunately they only have the stout float in the winter, i wonder about the thinking behind this. the brunch is superbly executed, and worth the wait. get the fresh donuts as a starter.

Atmosphere is energetic. Cocktail are excellent, especially Loisaida Sling. Most ingredients are local. Excellent beer selection, largely local. Eat at the bar for quicker service if no tables are available.

Modern american food perfectly execute. Their burger is great, their fried chicken is great, their brunch menu is great, their doughnuts are heart blocking, waist increasing gems. Get here early for brunch, it gets crowded very fast.
